Have always loved Smitty's, and order every time I'm in town visiting my Mother. Recently however, the quality of service, food,... and delivery time have been lacking. Our most recent subs came with soggy bread, the order was incomplete, and I could barelyunderstand the person who answered the phone. Seriously hoping this isn't an ongoing trend. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered jalapeño poppers ( which they literally microwave them ) , BBQ wings that are slimy and taste... awful, and 3 large pizzas. It was $60 and probably the most gross food I?ve had in years. Talk about disappointing. I will NEVERorder Smittys again. Read more

They said 20 minutes, more like over 45 minutes. They put everything on it, but sauce and cheese! You don't know what pizza is.... It's simple, a Good/Thick sauce on top of the dough. And a thick layer of Cheese on top! And lots of fixings between. It hadlots of fixings (that's why you got a two). But NO Cheese on top! When you take a bit, the fixings go everywhere but your mouth.The cheese keeps the fixings in place. Next day, had a $2.99 slice of No Name pizza at a TA truck stop. It was much better thanyours. Great Pizzas and Sandwich's! 2 Pizzas and 1 Sandwich. We ordered online for pick-up. Our order consisted of 2 Pizzas, with one... being thin crust with peperoni and the other thick crust with peperoni and sausage and a 12 inch Italian Hoagie. When I gothome, both pizzas where thin crust. So our order was not completely correct. That is forgivable. Did I mention it was delicious?It was! This was Saturday night at 5:00 P.M. The pizza was enjoyed by all. The Italian Hoagie sandwich was shared as well. I amnot going to take off for the non-thick crust pizza. Read more
