Stopped for a quick meal before a movie. Food was decent but the place was filthy. Tables, floors, bathrooms were disgusting and... there was no one inside. If it had been busy maybe I could see you getting behind. Made me think it had been dirty for awhileand this might be normal. Seriously need to look for better management. Read more
The guy taking orders as well as handing money and food was not pleasant at all and he acted like he didn't want to be there and... gave attitude. If he is working there the next time I stop I will not be doing business there for sure Read more
We love Wendy's chicken honey biscuit but the ones we purchased at this Wendy's were awful. The biscuit was dry, there was... barely any honey butter and the chicken was rubbery. So disappointing. I nust say though service was decent. Read more
This Wendy's has made me rethink my fast food heir archy. Wendy's, when I was in high school, was THE fast food restaurant. ... The quality of the food slipped over time, and, in my opinion, was near the bottom of the list for a long time, behindMcDonald's and Burger King. After this visit, it has definitely improved on quality. I don't know if it was just thislocation, but if it was, kudos to the staff at this Wendy's. Keep up the excellent work! Read more
This location is very underwhelming. Every few months you see different staff and get your hopes up that something may have... changed but it unfortunately has gotten worse. After I ordered a baked potato I was asked "anything else" for my next 12 items,with an ever increasing loss of patience in her voice. I saw the new big bacon cheddar sandwich, thought I'd try it. When Iasked if I could sub out the bun I was told to just try a different sandwich. I insisted and once the cashier got approval froma manager (an unnecessary step but perhaps a new employee) she made the change. The cash taker wasn't personable definitely the"anything else" person. She wasn't rude at all either and that's important too. Just straight to the point. The employee whohanded my food out was a rockstar. Very nice, quick polite greeting, confirmed the items in my order and had already doubledrink trayed our three large drinks (my favorite). Fries never make it out of the parking lot with me and I was disappointedmine were a touch above room temperature. The "double" sandwich, well it had one and a half Pattie's. Half the bottom bunclearly didn't have a patty. I was certainly full but that's not okay either. The classic chickens were old. Way too old. Whenthey're fresh I feel like it's the best thing on the menu but when they're old and the chicken edge is hard it's a completelydifferent experience. Nasty. My wife thought the bacon and cheddar baked potato and the chili were delicious even though thechili had no liquid at all. It was a cup of chopped Pattie's and beans. Tasted hot, fresh and good either way. Two starsbecause the food was cold, incomplete and stale and customer service was almost non existent. Read more
I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, there was way to much mayo and the bacon was burnt with tiny pieces. Definitely was not... satisfied! Read more
Never really had a bad food experience here. Stopped for the first time to try their breakfast. Went through the drive thru, not... speedy, but in thier defense they were making my food when it was ordered. Its not sitting under a heat lamp for who knows howlong!! I had the egg, sausage and swiss on a croissant. It was pretty good! It came a a side of seasoned potatoes, and thosewere really good!! Better than the "hashbrowns" at thier competitors. My mom had the honey chicken biscuit sandwich and shereally enjoyed it. I recommend giving Wendy's breakfast a try. Read more
The line was very long, but went pretty fast. The lady at the window was nice and the food was good.
