It was dinner rush, super backed up with the drive thru, online orders and the line at the counter. Customers on all sides were... VERY annoyed, you can tell stuff wasn?t going well. The employees? Despite them being under crazy pressure they were under, eachone of them acted so nice and upbeat. Bruce, the young man cashier, you rock man. And to the drive thru window attendant, awoman with tied up ginger hair, you are so friendly and amazing. I am ashamed and downright appalled that not a single customereven thanked these employees and all they had to do was whine and complain. You guys thank you so much for all you do. Read more
I will only eat at Wendy's when it comes to fast food. Chili and fries is about all I can stand, but it's a consistently good,... gluten free, meal for me. This place also has excellent service. Read more
Very busy store usually. Luckily I missed the long lines around 2 am. They stay open till 3 am. We have gotten baconator combo... $5 biggie bag, honey chicken combo. Tea, and Mt dew. The food has been fresh, good, hot, and the service is impeccable. Keep upthe good work #Wendy's Read more
Guy at the drive thru was kind, clear, gave us a minute to figure it out, repeated it back clearly etc. Seemed like he wanted to... be in public today, which is seemingly more than a lot of other recent fast-food experiences I?ve had. Stopped inside to throwsome trash away and grab some napkins because I?d spilled something, interior was clean, with people ready to take orders, againbetter than I?ve had some places. I could leave one negative thought, but it?s unsolvable: getting in the place can be annoying(was very busy when we were there) but it is what it is. Even a fairly clean parking lot, diverse staff. I just had a great experience with the manager of Wendy?s. I requested an additional drink and instead of stopping the drive... through line so I can pay, he just gave it to me for free. This made for a great experience not only for me, but the entire lineof cars behind me as they didn?t have to wait longer for their food. Kudos to him for his quick thinking and strategic approachwith customer experience. Read more
I feel like the employees at this location really try. My food is always hot and correct, and the person that's always working... in drive thru (Shannon?) is always doing an absolutely amazing job getting cars in and out quickly. Read more
