I?ve had multiple bad experiences at this location as I work up the road and visit often. But today was one of the worst. When I... got to the window they said they hadn?t recieved my mobile order and asked me to pull around and park and they would bring itout. Didn?t ask me for my receipt number or anything about the order. Waited almost 30 minutes nobody brought the order out so Ihad to come inside in my pajamas and it was sitting there for (probably) that whole time. One of my drinks wasn?t preparedproperly but I was so frustrated and upset I had to come inside in my PJs that I just left. I understand being busy but if youtell a customer you?ll bring out their order you should be sure to do just that. Ridiculous. Read more
Where do I start. First, I was the only one in the store and was asked my name for the order. Why was my name needed if I was... the only customer??? I placed my order for an iced coffee and a with bit of cream (specifically I said 1/4 cream, only a tinybit). The Who took my order is person making it then makes it with sweetener, which I did not ask for. So she make me a secondcommitted coffee and puts a large amount of cream. It looked like a cafe latte. I mentioned I asked for a ?tiny amount ofcream?. She offered to make another one but I said no thanks and walked out. If Starbucks brought back the ability of thecustomer adding their own cream, this would NOT be an issue. Finally, as I write this in the parking lot, the girl with greenhair who was working behind the counter comes out, in her apron, and gets in her car which is parked directly in front of thefront door. I frequent this Starbucks because it has a drive thru and is the closest Starbucks to where I live. My drink is made about 2 out... of 3 times correctly. Today the Barista just completely missed some steps in making my drink. Unfortunately for me I do not havethe time to go back. Read more

I wish I could give them ZERO stars, absolutely ZERO. Covid has ruined so many things but this puts the icing on the cake. Your... store closes at 9 but you have at least 8 employees inside at 8:35 staring at us not paying us attention, I finally knock on thewindow and you guys are apparently ?closed? yet there is still plenty of time before 9? When asked why they were closed theysaid it was up to the district manager to close early. I work in customer service and would be fired in a blink of an eye if Iacted like that. Meanwhile we had 5 other cars in line behind us trying to figure out why their order wasn?t being taken either.I called and someone immediately answered and I said ?so you ARE open?? This Starbucks location was pretty busy today, even I have been there 9:30AM what is already pretty late for coffee. Personal... was very polite and did their best, but waiting line still was huge (inside and drive through). Overall good place for get somecake pops for kids and cup of coffee. Read more
I went in for 2 small frappachinos because the drive thru line was way to long and there was about 12 or so people already... waiting. I waited for 25 minutes and watched as people who came in after me got their drinks and left. When I let the guy behindthe counter know he told me they were down a blender. Once I FINALLY got the order the same worker almost laughed it off withsaying oh these things happen. Don't go here unless you got plenty of time to kill. Read more
