I really wish I could leave zero stars at this point. I have given this Dunkin? Donuts multiple chances because it is the ONLY... one near my house and the ONLY one in Belmont, you would think because of this they would be better, well they aren?t. Honestly,at this point, this one needs to be shut down because it is a disappointment. We were in the drive through line at this locationand we saw that multiple people in front of us had gotten their order. When we get to the speaker to order the speaker says?sorry we are closed at this time?. HOW??? At 1:30 in the afternoon after serving at least 3 people in front of us. We drivearound and the car in front of us gets a drink and we were going to ask what was going on and the girl shuts the window reallyquickly and locks it before we can say anything. Love going to Dunkin, but stay as far away from this location as you possibly can nobody here has any desire to work and you can... tell it and their motivation and their faces. It?s like you?re an imposition to them and this location is the slowest ever andthey literally have an attitude with you if you ask how much longer. EDIT: I called and I heard a nice young man scolding his coworkers about why haven?t they answered the phone. He ended up being... the sweetest and coolest person ever, apologizing for what happened and was apologetic. For that I give two stars. when Iarrived for the second time my order was ready, and did service with a smile. Dunkin, THAT is a great employee. The morningshift people were a mess and a half! I am absolutely horrified over the service at this location, I placed a online pickuporder and arrived 10 minutes later. The staff were happy and chatting with someone they knew, and they were holding a donut bag.I told them I was here to pick up two donuts and a man with brown hair and a southern accent barked at me, ?We not doing foodwe?re doing drinks we are so busy right now? despite there being a wall full of donuts. Isn?t it easier to simply place twodonuts in a bag instead of choosing to ignore me and continue making coffees and drinks for drive thru customers? I counted fouremployees, and all of them were hiding in the drive thru area. Another man came in and they ignored him, telling him ?DRIVE THRUONLY? so for your friends you give them the time of day, but not everyone else? The coffee is good but unfortunately this location is SO slow. I?m very considerate, and understand that many places are... shorthanded these days, and I feel for the workers. However, there?s no excuse for me to wait in line over 30 minutes in orderto receive my order which consisted of one item, a medium coffee. Dunkin needs to do better and equip their team members toserve the customers better. Read more

First time ever ordering here and absolutely ridiculous that they didn?t have anything. Not even regular glazed donuts at 10:30... in the morning! The guy asked me to come back the next day bright and early if I wanted a variety. Like do you guys even workhere?!? No donut making throughout the day??? I could?ve understood if I had to come back in an hour or two. So basically ifyour not there when they open @ 5 you don?t get donuts. I asked for a refund and they couldn?t do it because it was a mobileorder. I then drove 20 minutes to Krispy Kreme to spend my money. Won?t even bother at this Dunkin? again. Read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They are out of everything, everything is broken (speaker outside, coffee machine, etc). Wait time is... at least 20 minutes and once you?re in the line you can?t get out. There?s no reason it should take longer than Starbucks,Running On Dunkin is always Running Behind. And you can no longer place an order inside the store. You can order online but arenot guaranteed they will have what?s on the menu. I will say, that the few workers there are pleasant and friendly. They try. Read more

I mean, it's Dunkin. Love their donuts, always have (I grew up with Dunkin, not Krispy). The problem with this location is the... drive thru speaker breaks every now and then (probably from the water dripping off the roof onto it) which causes the drive thruwait to be excruciating. Today's wait for an order-ahead: 35 minutes from the time I pulled into the line (with 4 cars ahead ofme) to when I got my order from the window. A bit ridiculous for coffee and donuts, but I had placed my order before arriving,and I was stuck in line cause the only way out of the line is through a car wash. On the plus side, the employees are alwaysfriendly even when they're busy and stressed. Read more
