Everyone here is very friendly! I'm only here weekday mornings to grab a coffee so I can't speak for the other times of day.... They run a tight ship and you don't have to wait for orders long which is much appreciated when it's the morning rush. Recentlythe coffee has been tasting burnt though ???? Very conveniently located across the Waverly square commuter stops. // Update:the coffee definitely tastes burnt but convenience still wins out in desperation. Read more
I'm a food service veteran, so I really appreciate good service. This Dunks is great - Friendly, Fast and Accurate during busy... times. During slow times I've gone in and had fabulous conversations with the staff. Yo manager guy - give them all a raise! LoL Read more
This shop in particular does a great job with customer service. The staff is extremely friendly which isn't always the case in... the many locations they have around New England. Their morning manager is always energetic and is genuinely happy to see repeatcustomers. Yeah, it does make a difference to me. I never have a problem with my orders and if someone isn't satisfy I see thestaff make an effort to fix things immediately. You get what you pay for and I think this location really tries to go the extramile. Read more
