Forgot to take a picture because I was too busy devouring each slice. First of all thank you to the other new Yorker who... recommended this place in the comments. Me and my husband moved to the bay about a year ago and have been soooo sad we haven'tfound a decent pizza place, and we tried and search high and low for one. This place definitely hits home! Although I wish doughwas slightly thinner flavor of the dough sauce toppings, were on point! Thank you so much for existing and finally allowing usto not miss pizza as much. This has been and will be our go to pizza place moving forward!! But one request to the owner, amedium pizza shouldn't cost 30$+ that should be the cost of a large please think about changing the price ???????? Read more
The pizza was delicious. As usual. Unfortunately the customer service and first impression when walking in to pick up the pizza... was not the best. I approached the counter to ask where I could pick up a pizza that I had ordered because there is nodesignated sign or way of telling where to pick up and it woman replied for me to get in line like everybody else. I thought hermannerism was extremely rude. For that reason I would not want to come back here again. . My family didn't want to hurt myfeelings but this pizza was too salty and not as edible and delicious as I remember it from years ago . Definitely not feelingthis will ever be a choice again. A pizza with good toppings AND a flavorful crust is a good combination. Just wish there was a by the slice option.
I moved to the bay area from NY in July 2021 and I've been on a search for some good pizza... Toto's is absolute ????. The best... pizza I've had so far moving to California. My Pizza standards are higher than the people that live here because I'm from theeast coast so that being said, this means a lot. Price is fair, ingredients are fresh, dough sauce and cheese are perfect. Thisis now my go to Pizza spot. Also ordering on the phone doesn't take 15 minutes like some places I've tried to order from. We always order Toto?s No. 2 with garlic topping! Super tasty! If you?re garlic lover you should try! (Picture is Toto?s No.2... with garlic and jalapeno - We loved jalapeno with it too but maybe it was a little too spicy for pizza) Read more
My mom used to bring us (3 kids) in the late 70's early 80's very frequently when we lived in SF when the Daly City restaurant... was the main spot. When we moved in '83' across the bay we would go maybe once a year until Toto Daly City restaurant closed???? Today our Mom turned 70 yrs so my brother and I went to Belmont so we could surprise her with her favorites and the doublegarlic to boot lol IMO This pizza is the BEST pizza onl this planet ???? Pizza was OK, crust is floppy and doesn't hold up to the toppings. Lift the slice and everything slides off. Flavor was decent... but there's better out there Read more
