Chi Tea was a bit thin on flavor but the shot of espresso I added to it worked.

I've been searching for the best matcha latte on this earth for ages. I've traveled through the wartorn lands of Japan, the... expanse of the Pacific ocean and the entire central valley of death only to discover that the perfect matcha latte made by thehands of that one girl who works there at Pete's coffee. My eyes teared at the taste of perfection, my once depraved taste budswere dead.....now they have been shocked back to life with a rich antioxidant blast of pure fresh green and clean caffeine. Charged for iced lemon loaf and then later when reminded said they dont have it. Why charge? Was asked if there is something... else they can get me (this was after a long wait and after I asked about the status of the loaf) I said No and the guy juststared at me. No mention of refund. I walked off without a refund. Shame on you folks! Not coming back here. And keep thechange as a 2022 donation. Read more

I went in to buy fresh ground coffee to use at home. Got very good service at the counter - the lady helping me was... knowledgeable and helped me pick a blend. She asked lots of questions to understand my needs and answered a lot of my questions.She offered me a complimentary sample of a blend I had been considering to take home. She also offered me a complimentary drink,but I was on a bike and in a rush. That was so generous! I am trying a cup brewed with the sample and it does indeed have thecharacteristics she told me to expect. Now I can't wait for tomorrow morning to brew up a cup of the blend I bought! Read more

Euna who works at this location is so nice. I always appreciate her kindness and well-wishes. It's wonderful to see the same... person every time I come in, and friendly peeple is something I value. Please work hard to keep her (if staying signs with herinterests of course ;+). It's a fairly small location with limited seating. They work fast (especially Euna) to keep eveythingmoving efficiently and to get people on their way quickly. This is a location I'll keep coming back to. I'm enjoying a varietyof drinks from Peets these days. Cold brew with oat milk and brown sugar jellies has been an unusual and fun change from theiced lattes...I know it's winter but there's heat in the office so iced drinks still taste good. The Black Tie cold brew is along-time favorite of mine also. Read more
