Very poor customer service. I walked in and waited at the counter for over 15 minutes before the young lady even acknowledged... that I was standing there. She then proceeded to keep taking phone orders. When I asked her at what point does she intend ontaking order she said my phone orders come first. At that point I walked out. I knew better than to go here because I hadvisited before and never was able to place an order. Don't stop run!!!! Read more

I would give it zero stars. No one else was in the store, so just me and 2 employees. I was not that hungry, so I wanted just a... sandwich. Going through several sandwich options, I was told they were all unavailable but they did have the shrimp meal. SinceI did not want a full meal, I asked for the Philly Steak sandwich. Lady said not available. They did have an Italian beef withcheese, which sounds like a Philly Cheese. Paid for the order and after 10 minutes she came out to tell me they were sold out ifItalian beef. Ugh. Read more
