Really great, quick, easy, cheap , fresh, fried seafood, chicken, and/or sides. Went in, ordered to go, and walked out with a... $20.50 order in 7 minutes for two. Ordered two orders of fish and chips. I got the fish and no chips, didn't even come with tartar sauce? The breading on the fish... was good but had literally no flavor to it. I added garlic powder and salt when I got home. But it ruined a meal with a friendof mine because it was just no flavor to it and no fries even. HOW COULD YOU GET FISH AND CHIPS WITHOUT CHIPS(fries)? FOR TWOFISH AND CHIPS orders. I just couldn't believe it. I support local businesses but this just made me reconsider. Complete trash. Read more
I was super excited to try this place. Went over there to Villa Park location and was disappointed. The staff was nice but the... food was not seasoned at all. I got the catfish, served in a bag, and the wing zings. The wings were very salt the fish had nosalt. The best thing about the whole meal was the hush puppies. I was very disappointed. Read more

Ever been to a restaurant and you know about 1/2 way through your meal that you're never coming back? That's this place. The... place wasn't actively bad, it just wasn't even close to being good. I ordered the large jumbo shrimp, the small frog legs,fries, Cole slaw, and a tea. It came out to just over $31. The shrimp was totally bland and there may have been more breadingthan shrimp. The cocktail sauce was decent (you pay an extra $1 for that) but they forgot to give me tartar sauce so I can'trate that. The texture of the shrimp was really weird. I've been eating shrimp all my life and have never seen any shrimp likethis. There were 14 fries (I counted) and while the frog legs were good, they again had way too much breading on them. Thisplace only takes cash but don't worry if you don't carry any - they have an ATM right there. Someone more adventurous than mecan let us know what the atm fee is. I won't ever be back.
