It may be a small food trailer in a little town, but the flavor and love is BIG!! Delicious, tasty, juicy barbecue smoked to... perfection. And the people who own and run it -- Anthony and Vanessa -- are lovely, friendly and fun people. If you liveanywhere around Bells, TX, check it out for yourself!! Searching for awhile for a really good BBQ place and nothing really impressed me. Stopped by the roadside stand and was... completely blown away. I tried the chopped brisket sandwich for lunch and the rib plate for dinner. Both were absolutely what Ihave been seeking. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area and stop off. Well if you want some REAL BBQ take a drive to Bells. Not only will you get the BEST BBQ in the area you will have the pleasure... of meeting two of the most authentic people ever. Anthony puts so much love and devotion into his food and of course, behindever good man stands a great woman and her name is Vanessa. Food is indescribably good but I will try; mouthwatering, amazingflavor, fall of the bone tender, delectably delightful explosion of flavor. Definitely worth the drive.
