It may be a small food trailer in a little town, but the flavor and love is BIG!! Delicious, tasty, juicy barbecue smoked to... perfection. And the people who own and run it -- Anthony and Vanessa -- are lovely, friendly and fun people. If you liveanywhere around Bells, TX, check it out for yourself!! Searching for awhile for a really good BBQ place and nothing really impressed me. Stopped by the roadside stand and was... completely blown away. I tried the chopped brisket sandwich for lunch and the rib plate for dinner. Both were absolutely what Ihave been seeking. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area and stop off.
