I went to Umbertos for dinner. I ordered white clam sauce dinner. I have never had this dish with tomatoes and basil in it and... No Clam sauce. Went for dinner before a movie. We ordered mussels and dinner. The dinner came first snd it was ok . I had the flounder, my... sister ordered the honey pizzette , was terrible?too thick. My other sister ordered the eggplant rollatini which was all cheeseand no eggplant! At last the mussels arrived after we said 2x if they forgot them take the off the bill, but waitress insistedthey were coming! Week they arrived with 60% of the mussels closed. We asked to take them back snd off the bill snd was toldno you have to speak to the manager. We asked for the manager and was told ?ready for this?I?m too busy. After confronting thebus boy, who was very nice snd the waitress, who didn?t have a clue! They finally took the mussels off the bill! Bottom linenot worth your time or effort. 2 stars for the service & vokda sauce. As far as the penne pasta, under cooked by a few minutes. Waited a pretty good amount of... time as well, restaurant was empty. Also was very disappointed with my bill, your google site states 11.95 for penne al vodka...Why was i charged $46 for 2 orders and 1 slice of grilled chicken then ??? I was VERY displeased about that but what can ya do.Definitely needs to be updated as they are falsely advertising their prices. Read more
We ordered takeout from here and we had the calamari which was fine but we also ordered the chicken parm. I don?t even think it... was chicken. It was rubbery and brown and they smothered it in cheese sauce and breading and they even admitted there isn?t thatmuch meat because there?s so much breading. It was inedible and after a few years of ordering from here we are done. I knoweverything has gotten expensive but to cut corners on chicken is absolutely disgusting. Read more
Horrible food. Horrible customer service. We loved this place until today. They sent an overcooked pizza (burned ingredients on... top) and another one with undercooked sausage. We called to complain and they told us that's the way they cook them (False. Wealways order those pizzas, and they don't look like that... NEVER). Instead of providing a solution, they recommended requestinga refund through UberEats. We wasted $53 in 2 pizzas that went to the garbage. Read more

Went here for the first time for pizza unexpectedly and really enjoyed it. Decor is nice with high ceiling and nicely decorated... for Christmas. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have a small daughter and they were all friendly to her too which madeher happy. I definitely want to return with my family for dinner Read more
