I tried Philly Pretzels at a party this weekend on a party platter .. I was curious to check them out ! We got a fabulous... weekday deal - 10 pretzels for $5 . Hot fresh soft crunchy, salted perfectly, get the crowd pleaser pack! The spicy mustard is delicious and not really spicy. If... you're doing a fundraiser, pretzels are a fantastic option, we did it for cheer and did very well. Buy for family parties, orjust a treat. The mini cheesesteaks are delicious. Waited 6 minutes for a pretzel dog, which was gross. It was dry and the American cheese... inside was nonexistent. Both the hot dog and the pretzel wrapped around it was flavorless and bland. It?s also ridiculous thatyou have to pay .55 cents for mustard of all things. Any other pretzel place gives you mustard for no extra charge. Read more
The pretzels were warm but not hot, and of the three dipping sauces I got (cheese, pumpkin, and hot mustard) only one of them... was even decent (mustard). I suppose the pumpkin was okay, but it was basically a frosting. The real disappoinment was thecheese sauce, which, if you're going to make that your standard sauce, it should be good. Pretzels were pretty good. It's more of a walk in place versus sit in. People were super friendly and willing to answer... questions or make new pretzels (if one wanted an unsalted pretzel). A variety of different sauces are available to dip thepretzels in. The shop also offers drinks (frozen lemonade, etc.) Or bottled beverages. There is limited parking in the front.You can park in the back but you would have to walk around since there is no back entrance. Read more
First off let me say I've never seen a business go down hill so quickly. I have been a regular customer since they first opened... this summer. When available, and fresh, the pretzels and pretzel dogs are delicious. Lately though they don't have fresh stuffready. The staff started off very friendly and eager to please. Now you can't even get a hello or sorry (when there is nothingready or you ask them to make something fresh. I.E. today asked if they had any fresh pretzel dogs. They responded that thewrinkled blackened ones in the case were fresh) I also ordered 2 party trays from them on 11. I had someone pick them up andthey gave them half the order. When I called they said it's my fault for not telling them the order contained 2 trays. I thenhad to leave my son's bday party and get the other. No apologies or offers of delivery. I hope they change their staffing astheir product has great potential. Read more
I use them every time I have an event and I am never disappointed. The products are affordable, the pretzels are delicious, and... the customer service is excellent. I even made an error the last time I placed an order and the manager was nothing butaccommodating in resolving the issue. Read more
