I like taking a drive on Sunday afternoon to one of our favorite fast food spots, Arby's.The drive is approximately 1hr 15mins... in light traffic,where I leave from Brooklyn towards Long Island , taking the Belt Parkway Eastern bound.Its good to get awayfor a nice drive of fresh air ,and alittle site seeing. My kids love the curly fries and small sliders,also the chocolate milkshakes.There is a happy hour time( that's how I call it) between 2-5pm where there is price reduction on certain menu.I like thegyros and we like to try whatever the featured sandwich is.There is indoor seating and outdoor seating (2 tables). Parking isalso available and during height of the COVID-19 pandemic,we just relaxed and enjoy our meals in the truck.Thanks again forchecking my reviews and feedback. Read more

Food is ok. Service is very slow. Seems to never have items in stock. Mac and cheese is junk. Always cold when served and a... small amount for the price they charge. Food quality has gone down hill. Read more

Update: Air conditioning has finally been fixed. But it shouldn't have taken complaints to corporate & negative reviews to get... it done. Been going here since the store opened. Used to be great, rarely had any problems. But sadly the former owner(Mr.Clarke) passed away at the end of 2018. He was just a regular guy and cared very much about the customers and the employees.His sons tried to run it but it was eventually sold to LRE Enterprises Inc. It's been downhill ever since. cleanliness wasn'tas good, they started running out of stuff more, food quality was less consistent. And they cut the channels on the TV to basiccable. Then we couldn't even ask for the channel to be changed anymore and were forced to watch News12. Still, I enjoyed thefood and the employees were friendly. Even if I had to wait a little longer because the new owner was cutting hours. This pastwinter it was a little cold inside but it didn't bother me that much since I can tolerate the cold. But this past month was thefinal straw. There is barely any air conditioning inside the store. I have complained about it being too hot at least severaltimes within the past week. I feel bad for the employees who try their best to make us happy they are sweating yet can't doanything I have been told because the owner is very cheap and controlling. Today I measured a temperature over 80 degreesinside. After my meal I had a terrible headache and felt sick I do not tolerate heat well at all. Now I know I will no longer beable to eat at this location unless it is a cool weather day. They were one of the first Arby's locations to open on Long Islandafter 2000. If the owner is reading these comments then he needs to stop being so cheap and start RESPECTING your hard workingemployees and loyal customers by making the experience at the standard and quality I expect from Arby's. IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD... I went last night around 6:45. the staff was so busy and running around because they are... times on how fast orders are being produced. and it's a ridiculously small time span that they are judged on. GET IT OUT GET ITOUT . Anyway I ordered $17.35 worth of food RB slider DLX WAGYU steak burger and other items. I live less than 5 minutes awaywhen I sat down to eat THE SLIDER'S BUN WAS LIKE A ROCK & COLD MEAT, the "WAGYU BEEF ($10.99) was horrible McDonalds burgerstaste better. fries were cold, the only decent thing was the orange shake HOWEVER the straw are horrible you cannot even get thedrink up to your mouth because there is air going into the PAPER straw USELESS AND A WASTE. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAINNOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE LAST NIGHT OR TODAY. I SAVE ALL THE FOOD THREW IT BACK INTO THE BACK AND HAVE TO BRING IT THERE TODEMAND MY $17. 35 BACK. seems to be a little slow on the service. I've yet to go there where I didnt have to pull away from the window and wait atleast... 5-10 mins for my food. Also pretty pricey for the small amount depending on what meal you get even if its large size. The friesaren't always full which I would expect for paying top dollar for fast food. Not the friendliest customer service. Not bad, justnot friendly. Read more

Love Arby's, so many choices. The drive through operator is always courteous here and get a everyone though quickly. The... beef and cheddar was over filling and good. The jalapeño poppers are good if you eat them while they're still crispy. Thekids like the sliders and shakes. Check out my photos. Also, there is a note with special hours posted.
