We came into town to visit my daughter and her husband and they took us out dinner. None of us had been to this place before.... So, we thought we give it a try. I am glad we did. This place is a bomb. The food taste is very authentic. We had pork belly, currybduck, had Thai, and papaya salad. The foods are so good we had to come back and order some to take home with us. This isdefinitely a place to be on the list for revisit. Thank you for bringing some authentic taste from Thailand! Read more

Our (vegetarian) party of 3 had a great dinner here, with a friendly and very informative server (who understood that if... something is vegetarian it does *not* contain fish sauce). We ordered the choo-chee curry, noodles with peanut sauce, and thepad see iew, all with tofu. I substituted broccoli for the bell peppers in my choo-chee curry. We all got a spice level of 1(the scale is 0-3), which contained a barely perceptible bit of heat. This was fine with us because all the dishes were heartilyflavorful and didn\'t need spiciness to make them interesting. The noodles with peanut sauce entree was VERY sweet and oily, which is not necessarily a bad thing but if you are trying to be healthy, skip this dish. The pad see iew was all-aroundexcellent, also a bit oily but super tasty. The choo-chee curry was the real standout. It was everyone\'s favorite.\n\nFor ourfamily\'s tastes, I think Thai Maison is tied with Busara for Best Thai in Bellingham, particularly for vegetarians. I suggesttrying both places to see what you think. TIP: Two dishes that we often order at Thai restaurants - mussamun curry and pad thai- can\'t be made vegetarian here. And eat here in person if you can, particularly of you want a noodle dish. We had a deliveredmeal during COVID and weren\'t impressed, and I think our dishes just didn\'t do well after sitting around a while. Read more

I absolutely love Thai food, and I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants. Most of the Thai restaurants in Bellingham Washington... are good but Thai Madison has to be the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to. I have tried many of their dishes and they areall great! They offer very friendly and fast service, and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I would encourage you to try a dishthat you have never tasted, and you will be surprised how high-quality their food is. They use a heat scale of 1 to 3 stars. Ialways get the two and it is pretty consistent with a mild heat. Are you sure to check out this great restaurant soon. Read more

Tucked into a little strip mall, Thai Maison doesn\'t present as much on the outside, but offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere... inside, and serves probably the best curry in all of Bellingham. The Choo-chee Curry (with crispy chicken thigh) was so rich, soperfectly balanced and at three stars (their heat maximum), was the ideal amount of spicy. This was the most memorable of thedishes which also included a delightful soft-shell crab, and a tasty Peanut Noodle dish (also with crispy chicken thigh). Theirginger beer is made in house, and the roti was nice and fresh. Everything about our experience was a delight! The service wasattentive, even though they were busy. I can\'t wait to come back! My partner and I ordered the Veggie Potstickers and their famous Choo Chee Curry dish. Both were amazing! The curry was unique,... containing fried chicken, and blew our minds with how delicious it was - from the texture, the spice and flavor, the beauty, aromas, everything. We highly recommend visiting and trying this entree. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere wasfestive (from the holidays) and enjoyable. There have been many places in this spot, but I think (and highly hope) this placewill be successful and stay for a while. Read more

We were eager to try this new Thai restaurant in town for lunch especially with all the glowing reviews. The place is nicely... remodeled with abundance of plastic plants bright yellow and gold decor and looks very clean.\nMy partner ordered the KanahMookrob but was disappointed as the sauce was overly salty but the vegetables were nice and crisp and the meat tasty andtender.\nI had the pad Thai with jackfruit meat and the sauce was way overly sweet and noodles were somewhat overcooked. Thejackfruit meat was flavorless.\nThe small bites which I take to be an appetizer arrived at the same time as the meal. Normallyappetizers come way before so you have time to eat them before the main dish arrives. The veggie cakes were OK as appetizers.Too bad a disappointing experience. Read more

This is my first time dining here. The Pad Ginger is fresh tasting and delicious. The decor is so much nicer than your average... strip mall Thai place. I highly recommend that you stop by for a lovely and relaxing meal. Read more
