I?m sure the owners would be thrilled to know that the employees are turning off the drive thru open sign and all the dining... room lights at least two hours prior to closing. The building was completely dark. The cashier told me they do it so that peopleknow they are closing ?soon?. Read more
Before you leave the drive though window make sure your food order is correct. Otherwise you have to come back in long line... again. All new employees are there and they served carelessly. Read more
DO NOT order the double steak cheesy burrito. I made the mistake and paid over $7 for a mostly tortilla filled with rice some... cheese and NO steak. I would not have even considered it a single steak burrito the amount was that small. I called to complainand they wanted me to bring it back so they could examine it before considering remaking it. When i explained i was on my way towork, they said i had to bring it back otherwise i was out of luck. Good job taco hell. You sure know how to treat yourcustomers. Read more
So excited for breakfast, but they don?t serve it even though their sign says ?breakfast until 11am??.. so then I ordered 2... tacos with onions. Yo, we got here during breakfast time, really wanting some TB Breakfast. Sit in line, get up to the menu and no breakfast menu?... On the menu it says "Breakfast Served Until 11am!" And it's like, 10:40. We asked if they were still serving breakfast and theysaid they don't serve breakfast. My sister in Christ, why does your menu say y'all are serving breakfast until 11am? We ended upleaving with a few hastily slapped together cheesy bean and rice, with tears nearly coming out our eyes. Shame. Read more
One of the worst Taco bells we have been to. My wife and i, on average, spend $100 a week at Taco Bell. Where truck drivers and... it happens to be at many the truck stops we go to. We enjoy their food for the most part but the service is terrible at most ofthem. This one in particular is by our home. We go to it and often it isn't open even after they're opening time. They have nosigns up at times and we'll sit at the drive-thru for a minute or two waiting for someone to take our order only to realizethey're not open yet and they should have been open a half hour before. This one also change their hours recently and they don'topen until 10:30 or 10:00. They still serve breakfast for a while and then we went in and all we don't serve breakfast anymore.We tried to be as pleasant as we can to everyone we can everywhere we go, but unfortunately sometimes that doesn't matter andat this particular Taco Bell we have been treated rudely many. It's rare that I give a bad review because I like to see the goodthings in the places we visit but I have been wanting to ream this Taco Bell for a long time. Unfortunately it is almostimpossible to get a hold of Taco Bell or to write a review anywhere else. The app we have is useless and we have tried to get ahold of Taco Bell to find out what the problem is because we have many points but cannot use them because the app will not allowus to pay for our order from the app therefore we cannot order any special items or use our points for free stuff. Taco Bell hasnever responded to us.!! I just asked my wife what else about this particular Taco Bell and all she could say was everything.That about sums it up. Get your act together Taco Bell.
