Poor customer service. Food was fine, but did not enjoy the lady manager working. Didn't even bother leaving a tip. Seemed... overly judgmental and that is why I didnt tip her. I always will tip at least a buck or two but she clearly didn't want one thatday. Read more
*Don't waste your money here* I ask for guac and was told no. "Guac comes before the veggies," according to the employee. There... is no sign posted saying to ask for guac before the veggies. Like if I'm paying for guac on my sandwich, does it matter if I askfor it before or after my veggies were put on? Also I barely had any veggies on my sandwich. I can literally count 5 leaves ofspinach and 3 pieces of red onion. I'm mostly eating bread. Read more
It's your typical Subway pretty much the same as all of the rest the only reason why I came in this 3 stars consensus change the... ownership the staff is not as courteous there's a couple of individuals that come on very snooty. Best customer service at this location. The owner is very friendly and always has a smile on his face and does everything he can... to have you leaving satisfied and happy. If I'm in the mood for Subway this is the location I come to. Read more
I frequent Subway, but I normally go to the one on Lakeway as it is closer to my house. Their sandwiches are always well put... together and consistent. That was not my experience at the Northwest location. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt in awrap. The first thing I noticed was they used WAY less chicken than the other store. Then, they microwaved the contents forsuch a long time, that the meats burned my mouth. In addition to that, the price was almost $10. FOR ONE WRAP. At the otherstore I believe it's about $7.50. I don't know what's wrong with this Subway, but they skimp and overcharge. Stay away. Read more

I've been picking up from this location for most of this past year and they put everything I ask for on my fave tuna... sandwiches...I feel as tho' I am getting a salad along with my lunch. Very tasty. Read more
