This is the absolute worst subway under its new management. I ordered through the app, the store was closed during normal... business hours, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund or make me a replacement. In addition to leaving my informationfor the manger and never being called back, and the employees fairly enough don?t want to give me her number ???????. What ajoke I literally used to shop here twice a week. Management is a joke, and the subs are literally never made correctly becauseonly two employees know what they are doing at the time due to the high turnover rate. Okay so I ordered 2 sandos online using a Promo buy a 12 get a 6 for free. I appreciate that this store was probably the only... one to honor the nation wide promo in this area. I order a steak and chicken sandwich half an hour before I got there hoping tobe have a nice meal to take to the lake with my dog and girlfriend. When I got there there were a few people ahead of me andwhen the lone employee wasn't busy I asked if my in order was ready so I could skip ahead to check out. She told me that I couldget a refund because they didn't have any chicken or steak or bacon.... I said take care of the customer ahead of me so I couldfigure out another option to eat something from the menu around the same price... When it was my turn I asked if I could domultiple other options but she said no no no even though they were all cheaper than my original order. Needless to say I gotalot less than I bargained/paid for and she even slid my sandwichs across the counter on too the ground. Read more
This location is the worst subway I have ever been to. I visit twice a week to pick up two sandwiches. They are supposed to... open at 6 am, I get there between 7:30 and 7:45 am. In the past month, there have been 3 occasions when: (1) completelyclosed, no lights, no-one there (2) lights out, closed, lights and someone moving in the back (3) open, lights on, but nofresh bread. We like italian herbs and cheese, but none made. Only ONE 6" white, stalw from the night before. We go out ofour way to another location. Corporate needs to get involved at this lication. Read more
