They don't accept coupons. Why send them out if you won't honor them? That seems like a really bad business practice and... frankly, unethical on management's behalf. It's super awkward in-store...no music, no friendly greeting...nothing. Manager wasrude and unhelpful, and preferred to stare at the new employee making the sandwich (who took forever), rather than helpcustomers waiting in line. Had to shout because employee could not hear anything. Unpleasant experience for mediocre food atbest. Wish Bellingham had a Jersey Mike's! Read more

The young girl was very friendly as, my friend and I entered the store.. She was asking me what I wanted to order right... away..She made my foot long sandwich exactly the way I wanted.. The only thing she didn't tell me that the extra meat wasmore..I told her no worries...She was grateful that I didn't want her reorder. She was very polite and quick getting my orderready. The Sandwich was delicious .. I would recommend for anyone to go to Subway Sandwiches on Meridian St. near bythe Holiday Inn! ???????? Read more

DON?T WASYE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SUBWAY. I?ve had multiple problems with the staff at this location on Meridian Street. I just... ordered 1 1/2 subs and costs $40.82. It was delivered by DoorDash. My 6? had ingredients in it I didn?t order and was missingthe things I did order. The lettuce was Brown and Wilted. When I called to talk to the lady who made my 2 sandwiches, she toldme to call DoorDash to get my money back. WHY would I call DoorDash, I wouldn?t because it?s not their fault. All they did waspick the order up and delivered it. But this location has always tried blaming everyone except themselves. I have had severalproblems with my orders and the staff but no more.. I will take my business elsewhere and I would seriously suggest everyone dothe same. Spare the stress and money for your orders and go somewhere else. I?m not much of a complainer but I?ve had all I?mgoing to take from Subway on Meridian. Also, so you know ahead of time, they will not honor any coupons or the nationwidespecials. You will never get any of the advertised discounts. I?m not going to comment on the kind of people who operate thislocation but everything I?ve gone through with them blaming everyone else and making excuses for their actions, they put it inthe customer. I will not mince words with this complaint. We went to this Subway today, as we usually do as it is close to home, and dealt... with some of the worst customer service I've had hands down. To start, there was only one person working at this location,alone, during rush, AGAIN! This happens every time we go, some poor worker is subjected to working alone EVERY day during everysingle rush, this is highly unacceptable and disgusting. I worked at subway for a few years myself and to force a worker to bealone the entire shift is lunacy, there are rules against this even. On top of this, the store is in awful condition,everything is dirty and looks to have been for days, like dirt caked to floors for a week dirty; the coolers are not stocked atall, and the food prep up front looks days old. Lettuce that is mostly brown and see through, veggies thrown all over the placeand mixed into bins together which can be a major health hazard especially for allergies, the meat that was put on my cold cutwas GREEN, literally green all around the edges and some right over the whole slices. Before ordering my cold cut, I hadoriginally ordered a steak and egg, this location is breakfast all day much like the mall nearby and I have gotten breakfastsandwiches here all the time, I was told "We don't do breakfast during the day" at all? Since when? We had to repeat both of ourorders numerous times, more than would ever be necessary, to even get a sandwich started at all. I said steak and egg multipletimes, the worker repeated steak back to me and then proceeded to put ham on my sandwich before it needing to be corrected? Theworker proceeded to make my friends sandwich, a steak and cheese, and upon finishing had to ask my friend several more times atthe cash register what my friend ordered despite JUST making it seconds prior start to finish? Not your standard subway. There was mold visible on the tomatoes. Coke machine was out of syrup. Guy was cool and gave me a... bottled coke instead. Couldn?t finish more than a couple bites because the thought of the mold. Who knows what else was goingon with the food. I understand that these stores are franchised but like, come on? Read more

Positive: * Pretty standard Subway quality * Staff was professional and courteous * Tried new balsamic sauce, she asked me if... one pass was enough * Convenient location Negative: * In general, I felt like it was part of a cost-cutting experiment. -Vegies doled out parsimoniously. - They don't accept Subway coupons - Lemonade watery * 6:30 on a Thursday night they were outof the veggie patty. That's why I came. It is inexpensive to keep these in the freezer, then thaw them or nuke them as needed. Read more
