Hello. I was on this Starbucks 03/03/2022 around 6:45pm and I was very confused how rude and impact person work there. Was... very mad because I forgot my mask. Zero tolerance. This one was in Barnes & Noble. Wide selection of food & desserts. Very good customer service too.
I recommend the mobile app for ordering. Covid 19 protocol; wear a mask, 6 feet social distance, 18 people at a time (not sure... as of today because Whatcom Co. is now in phase 3), seating was closed as of last week (no indoor dinning), bathrooms open.Baristas are fabulous!!! i was there with my roommate 10-23-22 around 2 pm and there was two employees working. not only did they mess up our order (I... ordered a blended drink, it came iced. my roommate asked for no whip and they put whip on it) and after 20 ish minutes ofwaiting for our 2 breakfast sandwiches I had to ask if they were being made and she didn't even start them/remember. it wasn'tbusy at all and she constantly rolled her eyes whenever a customer would ask a question. never had such bad service at aStarbucks. she low-key burned our sandwiches...
