Been here 3 times and 3rd was the last time. I asked for a tea and when I got it the lid popped off as he was handing it to me,... he saw it happen but ignored it. So I pulled my drink into my car without spilling it and pulled forward. I could not get thelid to snap over the cup, when I looked closer the cup was deformed. The lip didn?t go across the whole cup making it impossibleto for the lid to snap on. I turned back around and had to wait in drive thru for another 5 minutes. When I got to the window,the baristas solution was to hand me a new cup in my car as if he expected me to transfer the drink into new cup over my lap. Ithought it was completely unprofessional especially when I?m there to literally pay someone to make me a drink yet he expectedme to transfer the drink to new cup over my clothes. Never again. as you'd expect product wise. .. friendly and efficient crew, good consistent coffee and breakfast sandwiches that are still a... little frozen in the middle. but please Starbucks, stop building drive through where there isn't the physical room for them.Iowa street and 31st street locations are ridiculous drive throughs. Love coming to this Starbucks before work and at lunch time
Good experience ordering! Quick service and friendly employees. Update: again, I always have a good experience at this... Starbucks, even when it's busy. Everyone is so nice here. Even today, I was trying to order a new drink, and I didn't knowwhat exactly to ask for, since I don't really know coffee, and the girl taking my order was super helpful and friendly infiguring it out with me. Walk up or drive through! This was a first for me to not be inside the store. The employees were super friendly. Looks like a... wonderful place to work at. We got our coffees within 2 minutes, didn?t have to wait for long. Got a breakfast sandwich whichwas heated to perfection. Rich and creamy with cheese and bacon. I got a black coffee and asked for cream to be added - thebarista put in the perfect amount, felt like I made my own yummy cup! What I really appreciated was how they kept the storewindow open while we waited for our coffee. I would have closed the window cause it?s cold and rainy, but they kept it open andmade us feel welcomed and a part of their Starbucks family. I recommend having the WiFi be on password protection and have itextend to the parking lot so I can have a place to check my emails while sip my coffee. Read more
