One of my favorite spots in town. The Cookies and Cream cake is to die for. You can buy by cake the slice, or whole. You can?t... go wrong with any of the options here. Cookies, Nanaimo bars, cupcakes, etc. My friend swears by their NY Cheesecake. They alsohave a full espresso bar. Outdoor (heated) and inside seating. When my partner and I first moved to Bellingham this quickly became our favorite dessert spot. 4 years later we got married and... they catered our wedding sweets and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the cookies, and especially our wedding cake. Was FAR lessexpensive than many other local bakeries but the quality was top tier! We ordered 150 petite cupcakes for our wedding, and they were a total hit! I am still getting compliments! The process for... ordering was super easy. I spoke with a staff member on the phone that recommended the appropriate number to order (and was spoton), I used their online order form which was super easy, and everything was ready to pick up at the right time. A really nice place to get dessert and just chill/hangout for a bit. The inside space is pretty big and comfortable; definitely... a good place to go for a sugary snack and beverage. The staff is also really nice and knowledgeable about their stuff so if youhave any questions they can answer them for you. :) This time we had the chocolate moose and the earl Gray moose with a vanillaItalian soda and the honey coffee. What a darling place! Such yummy dessert options? so far I?ve tried the peppermint chocolate cheesecake and the caramel turtle ... cheesecake. The staff are so friendly and kind. I want to give this place zero stars because of my growing waistline. The carrot cake being the major culprit... so dang good. I... take people here when visiting from out of town because it hasn?t disappointed me after dozens of visits. Cake is moist, rich,savory and up there in top 5 cake experiences. the desserts here are insanely good! the slices of cake my friend and i had were both a bit too rich to eat here often, but i... don?t think that?s a real downside. just means that they?re great when you want to treat yourself :) lots of vegan and GFoptions and the ambiance is lovely as well.
