I come here much more often than I'd like to admit haha. It's good, fast pho that has become my go-to since pho bubble tea on... Meridian burnt down. I don't eat beef so I can't comment on that but I've noticed wavering quality of garnish, sometimes thebasil/bean sprouts/limes look quite sad and other times it's normal, might just depend on the day! Make sure to take the noodlebox off the top of the broth container or it will bend the lid and broth will spill all over your car (personal experience x3).I like that they have a small Asian grocery section at the front if you were craving snacks too Read more
Food was average. Its a shame I have to give 1 star, if I could, I would give zero stars....why? The service there is total... rude jerk environment. I called in my order 40 minutes ago and it still wasn't ready. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting until I just couldn't wait... anymore and had to cancel my order and grab some fast food. The guy handling the phones was nice but clueless. The girl hangingaround the back but not really doing anything looked really out of place. All of them were really disorganized and nonchalantabout it all. There were at least 4 other people waiting as well (Monday night around 7pm). This was probably the worst Bahn mi I have ever had. The meat was jelly-like and chewy. The bread was completely stale and... toasted to appear fresh but it was impossible to eat without being covered in crumbs. What a waste! Read more
They literally wait until last minute to make the food. 3 times in a row now I have gone to pick up my food and they have not... even started making it until I arrive to pick it up. And they put all this extra stuff in it that doesn?t taste good. I willnot be going here again, better service and way better quality down the street at the soy house. Read more
