Had a good experience, ordered coffee , no line up, was fast. Taste was good. Interesting little drive through.
While the coffee was good, the service....was less than desired. 4 people working and it took well over 10 minutes to get a... bagel with cream cheese. Best part was I was never asked if I wanted it toasted and the menu didn't say it came toasted, so Ididnt think to ask for ot not toasted. So imagine how surprised I was when in it finally showed up and was screaming hot. Don't get me wrong, I love a toasted bagel, when I can sit at a table and enjoy it, but this joint is a drive through, no optionto sit and enjoy the coffee and toasted bagel. Read more
We had to repeat our order about four times before they could remember what we wanted. Even after that, none of the food we... ordered was remembered even though we were charged for it. If the baristas are unable to remember two drinks it may be better ifthey were able to write it down. The baristas all seemed to be in a bad mood and were being rude to each other within earshot.Not a great first experience. Read more
I am really disappointed in this coffee stand. I have been here multiple times and each time I am dissatisfied. The baristas are... very rude and have an attitude when I ask a question. They got mad when the barista could not hear me because their music wastoo loud in the stand. Until they figure out how to have better customer service I will not be returning. Read more

I have been coming to this Brewed Awakening coffee stand for the last 22 years. I always get their iced mocha with no whip... cream. They do offer both traditional and chocolate whipped cream. I just used to save the calories :-). I also love their hameverything wrap. Definitely give them a try if you have never been there. They have consistently served great food andbeverages. Read more
