It's just what you expect from an Arby's. The staff are pretty cool and the food is, well, it Arby's food. You know what you are... getting into. The dining room is still closed, which sucks but if it keeps the staff safe then the owner better do it. Read more
Drove through town and was hoping to find an Arby's to sit down and have lunch but this joint seemed to be following the trend... of many fast food places and offering drive through only. So we ended up eating in the parking lot thus the 1 star foratmosphere. RB sandwich was good as usual (5 stars). 4 stars for forgettting to give us any napkins. Read more
Was doing some work across the street and wanted to grab something to eat. Dine is was closed so couldn't go in and wash my... hands. Also didn't want to pack up everything in the rig to drive across the street just to order. Food is normally great, justcouldn't get any of it. Read more
Said while I was ordering that I had a coupon for the classic roast beef sandwiches, and when I got to the window they told me... it was $40. I said, I have the coupon like I said so it shouldn't be that much. They took the coupon to verify, then said," youhad to say you had the coupon when ordering" I said I did say it and you said okay. They told me they couldn't change the orderto the lower coupon price now that they've put in the original price and that I'd have to pay full price. I said I wasn't goingto do that because I did mention it and I have the valid coupon. So unfortunately, we left with no food. I'm disappointed thatit was handled so poorly. It would be one thing if we didnt mention it, but that they weren't paying attention, and that theirsystem or manager couldn't fix their mistake, was pretty unprofessional. Went in to get a meal replacement.. they were very kind about it - but unfortunately the replacement meal wasn't the "hot food"... I've been accustomed to. It was around dinner time, so I would expect everything to be hot and fresh, but the sandwiches I got(one regular beef and cheddar that was missed at my previous visit, and one extra for my daughter) were sub-par.
