Would not recommend to absolutely anyone. Fix your customer service issues. Had to correct my order 3 times, the third time... being at the payment window. The girl at the window had the person next to her read the order back to me and make theadjustments that needed to be made (I didn't order anything crazy, literally just a meal and a 10pc nugget, no additions nosubtractions...). Girl took my card and handed it back to me. Didn't say anything to me. I said thank you and pulled up to thenext window. Girl there hands me my drink, asks me to pull up to number 1. "ok, no big deal, sometimes they have to catch up" soI pull forward. A girl comes out and tells me I didn't pay. I told her no one told me my card declined, and she looks backinside and says something like 'just a moment' and heads inside. Not five seconds later, a manager (I didn't catch her name, buther nametag said manager) came out to tell me I didn't pay and my order had been cancelled. I tell her the same thing I told thefirst girl; no one told me my card had declined. Before I can even try to give her another card she headed back inside, didn'teven tell me what she was doing. I waited a few minutes, and didn't see anyone coming back out so I left. I work customerservice myself. This isn't hard, guys, seriously just tell people things. That's three points of failure in one order. It's awhole store issue. Get it together. Read more

We ordered our meals through DoorDash and upon delivery, realized that we were missing a few items. I drove to the location to... see if I could collect the missing items and the McDonalds manager told me that it is DoorDash responsibility to ensure that allitems are in the order. I explained that when the bag arrived it was sealed so how could it be the drivers responsibility toensure we have our items if the bag is sealed? I called and spoke to DoorDash customer service and they said they are notallowed to open or go through any sealed bags to check for items missing. The manager made me pay for the missing items after Iexplained how it is McDonalds job to ensure all the items THEY are responsible for are packed into the order. DoorDash employeesare drivers?McDonalds employees pack the orders. I feel like if the McDonalds workers were doing their job in the first place Iwould have gotten everything in the order. Read more

Awful management, the workers have no clue what they are doing. They don't understand how to take an order, they throw... everything together, nothing looks right. Whoever is in charge needs to teach their workers how to properly work. This isridiculous there is no reason you should have to order five times because they just cannot understand what you're saying, ordon't know how to punch that into the machine. I get that it's supposed to be fast food, but you need to take a little pride init. You're still getting paid to work. Read more

HORRIBLE !!! If I could give NO STARS I would!! I waited 8 minutes at the drive thru and I am not kidding !! I work for DD so I... know how to keep time of the drive thru. So it took 8 minutes for someone to answer me and once they did It was extremely rudewith a , "be right with you" and another four minutes went by and I just ended up leaving. I would NEVER run my drive thru withsuch rude and uncaring staff. The person who had answered so rudely after ignoring me for 12 minutes would be fired on spot. Iwill never be returning. Read more
