This place is either under staffed or lazy. I waited 20 minutes for some burritos. I thought getting off would be faster but... it wasn't. I previously was in the drive through and waited 35 minutes but, refunded my food. It was a joke. Will not notgo back. Saddest part is that this place is 1/2 block from my home. Read more

It's okay. I ordered a burrito with no beef just beans and cheese she still added beef and no beans. You hace to speak louder... so the cashier can hear you. Had to go drive up the window to order. The menu wasn't working so they had to use plastic paperhanging from outside and it was raining. Wasn't a good experience. Read more

Food is trash here. Never clean. Customer service sucks. My food was cold and I told them about it and I was in a shouting match... with cook, she said it was Because of lettuce. But my meat was still cold. Then, they were talking in Spanish and I speak fivelanguages I spoke back in Spanish they acted like they didn't understand. Terrible food Read more

AJ is management material. His attitude right when I walked in was Awesome !!! Had my order just right cuz I'm kinda picky. And... made the whole experience Fantastic. My food was hot and no beans extra cheese just like I ordered. If you can't make him mangergive him recognition. He deserves it !!! honestlyI had so much fun interacting with him. I have dropped by on 3 occasions in the last 2 months. The first time they screwed up my order. The 2nd time we arrived at the... drive thru around 8:30pm, all lights on including drive thru, went to place my order and told they are closed. Today we pull upto the drive thru and told need to place order through online app as there are only 2 employees and the one taking my order isleaving in 5 minutes so will be down to 1 employee. I take the time to download the app and not working. Not sure if there wasmanagement or ownership change but service iss terrible now. Will never go back to this place. Read more

Very upset posted hours say they are open 7am - 10pm on Sundays, stopped in to get some food at 9:15pm and nobody answered... drive-thru, front was locked, person inside looked like they were making food. So I tried the drive thru one more time... againnobody taking orders. Didn't even say, sorry we're closed. I even went as far as stopping at the window and was honking my hornto get the workers attention. Apparently she was tired and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. It is super frustratingwhen a place is supposed to be open and they aren't. At least have the courtesy to post a sign on the door, saying whatever andthat they are closed. It's the least you could do. Instead of making your customer waste their time trying to figure out whetheror not you are open. Read more
