The experience was okay but felt their drinks and deserts were overpriced. I can understand if it had better quality but it was... flavorless for the most part. Not much different than most coffee shops. I had the eclipse that had strawberry,raspberry andblueberry but the smoothies tasted bland. I didn?t really taste any of the fruits. This is my first time in Wisconsin tryingout new places and this was not IT! Good customer service though,the line moved quite fast but not a fan of the drinks or the?sweet treats?. It?s very hard for me to give a rating like this in the times we?re in. I?ve consistently made an effort to go in multiple times... post Covid to see if 1) the service would get better or 2) quality of food. Not only is the service abysmal (took me 30 minutesto get a bagel sandwich) but it just wasn?t good. The staff had 3 tickets up for food - two salads and my sandwich and tookthem a really, really long time to make it. Quite frankly, I don?t think the management cares about improving their service orproducts since this has been going on for quite some time. They lost a long time customer! Read more
Menu selection and coffee was great. But the service was meh. Not one smile or greeting other than "What can I get for you?"... Everyone has their "days", but everyone here seemed almost unhappy, which sort of put a damper on the ambiance. Read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Luna. Food? Amazing. Coffee beans? Every roast I?ve taken home has been tasty. The... cold brew? Honestly my favorite and it?s so good that I don?t even need to add any milks or creamers to drink it. It?s notbitter or water. It?s how I wish all cold brews were. The atmosphere? 10/10 recommend going. The staff is great, the space iswelcoming, and the products available for purchase are always fun to look at. Our community is so lucky to have them. Read more

Their espresso is excellent. Service is sometimes slow - depends on who is working. Only complaint is the noise from the blender... they use - it is excruciatingly loud. Sets your teeth on edge. So loud you have to wait till it turns off to continue aconversation. Doesn't matter where you are sitting. Not a recent phenomenon. BUY A QUIETER FREAKIN' BLENDER!!! Read more
