Restaurant owner was super welcoming and shared her personal favorites with my table. Food was delicious and came out quickly, I... would HIGHLY recommend the lamb cumin noodles (without soup) and the lamb/beef skewers as well! Would definitely prefer thisplace over the Boiling Point next door. Read more
Honestly, as a Chinese immigrant, I can responsibly tell you that it is not authentic Xi?an taste. The lamb pao mo soup is... supposed to be rich and juicy while here it is water mixed with seasoning essence; the Biang noodle is supposed to be stretchyand think, while here is soft. If you are not a Chinese food expert like me, i highly recommend you to try out ?taste of Xi?an?and compare with this one. You will be amazed how different they are and I can responsibly tell you that the other one is theauthentic taste of ?Xi?an?. And don?t forget to visit Xi?an China once in a life time. This restaurants definitely deserve a better rating. As a foodie who tried different Xi?an food and rice noodles in Seattle... area, the food here is authentic and tasty! The price is reasonable given the high inflation in town. The service could beimproved for sure, like hiring more people and be more welcoming. I think they might want to adopt a simpler ordering flow. Read more
Freshly made biang noodles taste absolutely delicious and flavorful. My personal favorite is the lamb cumin noodle. The portions... are just right for a adult standard. There is a self serving sauce bar that offers sesame sauce, chili sauce, garlic, greenonion, and cilantro if you want to adjust flavors to your liking. As a cilantro and vinegar flavor lover, this place is veryaccommodating.\n\nOutdoor seating area is available too. It is such an amazing experience dining here. Read more
