I came here with a few friends because we heard of the new restaurant in the bellevue area backed by John Howie and we had a... horrible experience. We waited over an hour for 3 appetizers and they were all over cooked and the meat that came with theappetizers was even burnt. When the main dishes came out they came out very undercooked and my burger was raw in some places. Weexpressed our frustration about the bill and they wouldn?t even give us a discount let alone the service charge at the minimum.I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality dining experience. Came with some friends, waited over 1 hour for appetizers to come out, one of which was burnt, when the main courses came out... some of the burgers were undercooked and raw. Not a good experience at all. Read more
Ordered at 7pm with a group of 7. Ordered a few apps and burgers, came out 1.5 hours later. Nachos were burnt, burgers... undercooked. Horrible service and food experience. At the end of it they did the mandatory service charge that they wouldn?ttake off given our experience. Read more
Went for Whiskey Hour and while not like most Happy Hours, the quality of food and service more than made up for it. Waygu... Nachos and Ancho Chile Prawns...absolutely amazing. Sit at the bartop and Ryan is one of the most knowledgeable bartenders outthere. Great personality and such a good time. We will definitely be back. Read more
Was a great place to hang out and have a good happy hour! The truffle fries were some of the best I have had. My only issues... was the surprise at the end. Our bill was given to us and our waiter said ?there is a 20% service charge added to every check?. Upon inquiring, there is a 20% gratuity no matter the amount of people or service rendered. We were a group of 2. The waiterstated that the owner added it because (quoting the waiter) ?people were spending over a thousand dollars but not tippingappropriately.? It should be marked and known before being seated. It is very sneaky. Won?t go back or recommend to others. Read more

Restaurant Week... first visit, good food, nice drinks included. The nachos and shrimp were tasty. Kudos to the Chef! Good... flavors, worth trying again. Service was good, not exceptional or great but did what was needed. Read more
Went in on 10/29 with a group of 7. Appreciate the hostess setting up a table for us. Ordered some apps, which took well over an... hour to come. They told us ?kitchen is backed up? which is understandable for a Saturday night. Apps came out one by one, nachochips were burned. We all ordered their burger, 2 of them clearly had uncooked pink meat inside. Manager comped some of the baddishes. We politely asked to take off the mandatory 20% service charge and we would tip as deserved. Request was denied becauseof ?company policy.? Maybe their whisky selection is top par, but the food is most certainly not. Read more
