I have never been so disrespected by a restaurant in my life. I came in with my 10 year old son. We ordered two teriyaki meals... and a soda. For some reason my card wasn?t connecting with their machine. The older man behind the counter said ?it didn?t gothrough?. I asked him to please run the card again as there must be some kind of mistake. He looked at me and my son and, raisedhis voice and said ?You don?t have any money, it?s not working?. He never even ran the card again and pointed to the exit. Ifelt humiliated, especially as a single black mother with my child. Nobody should be treated that way. Our day was going sowell, we had just came from youth soccer practice at Robinswood. I was in totally shock to be treated so horribly all of thesudden. Especially in the neighborhood I grew up in, and have active businesses in myself. I couldn?t help but hide the tearsfrom my son when we got back into the car. I should have told them how wrong they were then, but I just walked out quietly withmy son. I called my card and everything was fine. We then went directly to Teriyaki and More in eastgate and my card workedjust fine. They are always great to us there. Read more
It was good experience. Staffs were so kind and the food tastes great. Also, I thought the staffs were all Japanese because the... name of restaurant was "Tokyo" Stop Teriyaki, but they were all Koreans lol Read more
Based on reviews I finally tried this place. Ever been to a typical mini-mall teriyaki place? If so you?ve been here. Very... friendly staff, quick service, the place is not dirty but not quite clean either and with good tasting food but with very lowgrade ingredients. The chicken is that gristly chicken most teriyaki places serve, the sauces, salad and salad dressing are thesame as every basic teriyaki place. If you like that kind of place this is a good one, if you don?t, you?ll dislike the food asmuch as you did at other similar places. Clearly I don?t like it but to each their own. Read more

Really good food at a super low price. I had the spicy chicken katsu. Was crispy and delicious and plentiful on serving size.... One serving here is well enough for two normal humans, lol. I also had the miso soup which was good. Has a smoky taste and camewith plentiful tofu and seaweed. Read more
Good prices, options and good portions. This place is rated excellent in cleanliness and the staff is super nice and caring.... Parking is shared, seating should be around 10-12 tables. They have vegetarian options and tea too. Plus a standard hot back teais included with the order. They use organic tofu for all their dishes. Read more
Excellent teriyaki place, the best on the Eastside, bar none. Beef teriyaki is really great tasting, wouldn't go anywhere else... but here. Always friendly customer service and quick with orders. I phone my order ahead and they always have it ready to go. Ilove how they have everything separate in the container for the to-go orders instead of just mashing it all together in onespot, that's exactly how it should be done. I can understand why this is a popular place, it's a well-run business, they givegenerous portions at a fair price. It's located in Lake Hills shopping center right next to QFC. Read more
