Worst subway in the Redmond-Bellevue area. Stay away and eat somewhere else. The management is not polite.

I won't be ordering from this branch anymore. Sandwiches used to be good. Lately when I order the guy making the sandwich does... it completely wrong e.g. skimpy or missing requested vegetables; sandwich toasted when asked not to be. Since these errorscontinue to happen, my guess is they are either deliberately not making the sandwiches correctly or simply don't care. Read more
Apparently asking if they have scissors to cut out a coupon is an issue here, unfriendly service from what seemed to be the... manager here. Sandwich was good and the other staff member was very nice, but if I need to go to subway I'll go to anotherlocation Read more
1. Mexican lady are very rude and disrespectful. 2. They are not accepted all coupons 3. You cannot use subway giftcard and... barcode scanner is broken. 4. Customer experience is horrible and I feel humiliated. Read more
I walk in, and the Mexican lady is preparing to make 4 subway sandwiches, right in front of me and I ask "are you still open for... another hour?" Her response? "No were closed now (the hours are clearly displayed on glass though). We have no veggies orbread..." as she's making 4 sandwiches, literally with 4 uncut foot longs. *Edit* As I wrote this review, several cars haveparked besides me, and multiple gentlemen have walked into the establishment and walked out immediately with sandwich bags... Normally I wouldn?t leave a review for a subway but there was only one lady working when I visited the day before the 4th of... July (around 7?) and the line was out the door. She handled it like a damn champ and remained friendly and professional despitepeople with ridiculous requests who paid more attention to their phone than their order. Wish I?d gotten her name - shedeserves a raise or promotion. ???????????? PS: If you?re the kind of person who orders a chop salad (??? at subway? Really?)during the lunch rush then may you choke on your olives and never return. Read more
They dont wipe counters off, there is no food covered, ordered a breakfast sandwich, steak egg cheese... they didn't add egg.... Uhmmm? Ya never eating at this sub par location again. Read more
