If you're a food delivery driver, avoid taking orders from this Subway. I am a DoorDash driver who had a delivery to pick up... here for a customer. It took me about 4 minutes to arrive and the food was not ready, unlike 95% of other restaurants. Uponentering the cashier told me it would be about 7-8 minutes wait despite there being 0 other customers in the store and despiteSubway having all their ingredients prepped beforehand. How is there a wait at all? No explanation given whatsoever. Fastforward 10 minutes and 3 other patrons walk in and he immediately helps them with their orders while I am kept waiting to pickup an order for my own customer. I waited here a total of 20 minutes before the guy behind the counter, who BTW was on a phonecall the entire time in his Bluetooth earbuds, reluctantly gives me the sandwich saying "here", then goes back to his phonecall. This is by far the worst customer service I've had at any restaurant in Bellevue. Again, if you're a DoorDash or UberEats driver then avoid this store like the plague. Read more

I went in at 6:43 PM only to be told they had already removed all the food. If you?re open until 7:00 PM, why don?t you serve... customers until 7:00 PM? Will not be going back! Read more

Second time coming here. I don't know why I did it a second time. So bad. Dirty, not friendly, talked on phone the whole time... while I was there. I wish I took a picture of the sandwich, it looked like it got ran over. The bread was chewy. The firsttime I went, the lettuce was brown and wilted. What are you doing, Subway? Read more

Be careful with cashier here. Looks like the guy working here prefer not to give a change if you pay cash. That $5 you left for... yourself is pathetic. I come seldom to Subway, so haven?t learned the prices. He also did not ask me if I need a check, so Ithink he made it on purpose Read more

They don't have sub of the day. They charged more than 8$ for a 6in Tuna, the exact double price in any Subway on Friday. It's... the most expensive Subway in WA state, and maybe in the country. The worker was very upset and mad because his coworker calledthe day off and he was working by himself as he stated when he refused to let the other costumer sit and eat telling him "sorryno sitting." Normally I would never review a chain. It's fastfood and the food and service is roughly the same everywhere. This one I found... in need of review as the restrooms felt very unclean. There were spiders actively making webs in two corners. The environmentfelt awkward overall. I don't think this will change anyone coming in, if one wants a quick sandwich with bread that can't belisted as bread in some countries they'll be coming in. I just hope some changes will be made to make for a more pleasantexperience. Read more

Beware, this store does not take any coupons, only the Subway App. As a customer, that makes me feel sad because subway... restaurants promote their coupons and this store is just like No. It's a tool for marketing and the owner said the reason theydon't accept any coupons is because their rent in Bellevue city is too expensive, (hint: don't tell customers that, you signedup for your Subway in Bellevue, therefore it's your problem, don't put it on me, I'm your customer, I shouldn't have to worryabout your rent being too high) This is the first Subway that had a sign saying No Coupons Excepted, totally Shocked. Luckily,I'm understanding and I get it. You don't want to bother and it's too much work for you, so as a customer I suffer and can'tuse my coupon and your business suffers because you are limiting your customers. I will not return for that reason alone. Ipayed $6.40 for my sub and I could have saved $2 with my sub coupon. Bellevue has a lot of new money, but there's also a lot ofnormal people who live here too and I'm sorry you chose a spot that is expensive, hopefully your business will thrive and youdon't have to limit yourself or your customers.
