I drove to Bellevue because I don?t like the one in Renton 4th st! ordered steak sandwich for 6 people! The bread wasn?t fresh... and mostly veggies than steak! It?s hard to find a good subway that the owner is nice and not cheap! Read more
I do not recommend this location! Avoid: and go to another Subway not owned by this owner./franchisee. Coupons not accepted... (the only time I tried to use one at this location). The employee was rude and unprofessional as he quickly said "we don'taccept coupons". I had ordered from this location before and had issues with the same person. I don't order anything weird orover-customized on my Sandwich. I am convinced the owner just doesn't know how to hire good employees. Treating the Subwayemployee with kindness and patience only resulting in I can't do that, or impatient actions (with no one else but me in thestore). If you want my business or anyone else's, then act like you want my business. I would have left your employee atip...but I am not motivated by disrespectful treatment. This Subway is usually pretty friendly, but today, a man whom chose to use my coupon for two footlongs for 11.99 and says NO to... honoring my app special for signing up and downloading it, I mean a six inch for 2.99, such a negative experience, because hesays I can't use the app special at all. ????No one else there have you, and I asked him do you want me to go somewhere else, Imean do you want my business? He says I could eat there or go somewhere else, it doesn't matter. I've never been told thatbefore, pretty shocking and confident that an employee of a national restaurant chain doesn't care if customers come to hisrestaurant or another one. Okay, I will take my business to another Subway store that will have better customer service. Somepart of me hopes, it wasn't because I am a women. I say that because, of the response I received.
