Extremely unhelpful, probably burned out, employees who don't care about the usual experience, just making it thru their shift.... This is a disaster of a Starbucks, which has gone full Fast Food here ... I should have gone to McDonald's, at least we knowwhat to expect. Read more

This was an awful experience. I work at the Bellevue mall and ordered a drink through the app because I wanted to pick it up... before I opened my store. I ordered the drink through the app and got a receipt. I called the store while I was driving to work,to confirm I ordered it at the correct Starbucks. The manager confirmed that it was sent to the correct store. I got toStarbucks and my drink wasn?t ready. I waited for 10 minutes the 1st time. The barista asked me to show him my receipt and Idid. He said ?I will make it for you really quickly?. I stepped back in line. I continued to waited another 10 minutes. Hedidn?t even make my drink. He made every other drink and completely dismissed mine. I told him that I had to open my store by10. and that I could come back and get it after I open. He says ?okay what was that again?? I show him the mobile order on myphone with the receipt again. He looks at it. He says ?okay cool I will make it now? I go to my store. I open my store. Iexplain the situation to my co worker. I go back to the Starbucks and guess what? No drink. Nothing. I?m trying my hardest toplay it cool. I politely walk up to the counter and say ?Is my drink ready?? He says ?no it didn?t pop up on our mobile orderscreen? I didn?t know what to do at this point. I was just really craving an iced quad espresso with almond milk and whitemocha. That?s all. I again, asked James, who answered the phone originally, if this was indeed the correct Starbucks. He says?Yes it is.? He then tells me that he will make my drink. I step back out of line. Another 5 minutes go by, and then I get mydrink. Which, was still incorrect. :) thank you for reading if you got this far. This was a horrific experience and I wouldrecommend that you get your Starbucks BEFORE you come into the mall. Happy Saturday Bellevue! Read more

Very Friendly cashier and batista. Fast and excellent service. Love the setting in the middle of the mall as it was safe... distance and yet cozy. Best in the middle of the week, quiet, if any mall could be described as quiet. Read more

They spend to much time doing mobile orders and the customers that are in front of them need to wait longer not very good... customer service. They made 5 drinks before mine and no one else was even there. Read more

I ordered two caramel apple spice?s and received two lattes. When I took the drinks back the cashier heard me say it should have... been caramel apple ciders and gave me a rude look and the other guy didn?t take the time to fully listen to what it should havebeen either because he warmed up apple juice and gave me that. Busy or not if someone is taking back an order they should makeit a point to listen that time. Read more

Ordered two drinks (both of which were the same Salted Caramel Coldfoam Coldbrew) totaling $10 and change. 12 minutes later, we... get them and one of them is obviously not correct (shown in the image, the left is what is expected, the right is not). They didoffer to remake it after I pointed out they were different, but I simply didn?t want to continue to wait. Read more
