My Wife and I loved this location until this night where the manager which I won't name because I believe in being kind to... everyone told my wife that our service dog was a fake and band here from the store. When to confront the management to get someanswers which at that time officers of law came in and the management decided to lie to them in front of my wife and I aboutharassment. We left because we didn't want to start a fight the officers. We will not be returning to this location after thedisrespect that happened this night and just a give clear picture the other employees there seemed quite scared of there boss.So you may want to investigate into yourself. Just like most stand-alone Starbucks locations... it was decent lattes and decent service. Did not like that they were just... letting 5 tables bring in their non-service dogs, and letting their owners let the dogs climb all over the benched seat I wasat. Read more
Located in the lobby area of The Lodge near a beautiful fireplace, lovely setting. Very friendly and helpful staff!
Last time I was here was about a decade ago and was definitely nice to be back. Go to place to get hot drinks while waiting for... the Snowflake Lane parade or just get warm by the fireplace. Read more

The service is just not good at this particular location. One thing that really bothers is me is when they call out specific... names for order. I get it, I have a unique name and it?s not that easy for everyone, but the lady with the orange hair and theglasses was very rude. After I politely corrected her, instead of correcting herself she shrugged and said ?Well, I tried?. Itjust came off so rude. And as someone who works in customer service, it really bothered me. It may not seem like a big deal, butit?s those interactions that are actually really meaningful to customers so at least have some respect.
