The employees at this location are nicer to each other than avarge. More seating than average. Terrible speed bump in front of... store. Way too high. Way too long. It is also even too painted actually. Too many layers of paint make this one big slippery,time-wasting, problem. No matter how slow I drive over it, it hurts my neck. Don't even try to take a sip of anything whilegoing over it. Leave it in the cup holder until you are far away from it. Trust me. Read more
The coffee was good, service was too.
It shows there is a drive through, but I don't see one. But it's also closed despite hours on the web site saying it should be... open. The one inside the store doesn't have impossible sandwiches like advertised. It's a third starbucks we tried to get those. Read more

Staff does not care about the trash. I was there this morning (Jan-1) and trash was pilling up on the trash can. I talk to the... store staff and they said it is the mall?s management responsibility, not theirs. If the store staff was caring and if they usea little bit of common sense they should empty the trash can for their own customers to be able to dispose the cups and paper webags. Read more
I'm done. This is the worst Starbucks customer service experience anywhere around Seattle. I frequent about six different... Starbucks regularly and others periodically. This Starbucks happens to be closest to my home. It has the worst customer serviceof any Starbucks I have encountered. My drinks are consistently late or wrong. And yet the employees continue to banter amongstthemselves. Today it literally took 18 minutes for them to make me a hot tea on a mobile order, and I did not even get anapology. I'm done. Read more
