I went here in the mornings for a couple weeks out of convenience. Not really sure what I did, but these ladies seem... intentionally rude. They?ll leave me standing in front of the register for several minutes before taking my order, then canbarely look me in the eye. NEVER a ?good morning ? or anything like that. Like a lot of folks, I drop thousands annually atSB?s. But have never encountered staff like this. Also, the place is usually filthy from the day before. When I first moved to Bellevue I avoided this Starbucks because of the long wait times. It's not that they were slow, but it is... a very high volume location. However, after going to multiple other locations throughout the area, I've made this the main one Igo to. The number one reason is the staff, and even more specifically the afternoon staff. They're always friendly and I'venoticed they get to know the names of all the regulars. Read more
I come here a lot , they?re usually pretty fast especially if you come inside. The drive thru can get backed up pretty... frequently. The baristas are all relatively young here, and at times will close the store before hours are over due to beingshort staffed. I knocked off one star because I came in today and ordered a sandwich - the barista looked at my name, made aface, proceeded to BUTCHER it completely (which I get it?s hard to pronounce), and then threw it on the table and turned away.As someone who?s taken a while to get comfortable using my actual name to order my drinks due to discomfort associated withthis, it was a crummy experience and one I?ll unfortunately probably remember for a while. lots of seating in the store & outside too. parking is also super easy. the outlets are a little loose (?) my charger kept... falling out so i had to keep pushing it back in. drinks were great and the bathrooms are super clean too! Read more

Unfortunately this is the Starbucks closest to my house. I?ve gone a handful of times since moving to the area and consistently... received terrible service and incorrect coffee. The baristas and not happy to be at work and it reflects on how they treat thecustomers. This morning the girl at the window tried to hand me the incorrect order and when I let her know that wasn?t coffeeshe was irritated and unkind. Woods coffee is just down the road and has better coffee, prices, and baristas who show kindnessto customers. Read more
