Okay so I love the Starbucks coffee but their management hired a barista that didn?t seem to care about customers in line as I... was in, but talk with his friends, he looked new and very unprofessional like he just cared about his friends more than ourorders, I even said excuse me and he just kept blabbing with his friends, very unprofessional server even the customer in linesaid so too he also had that customer waiting for his change as he spoke with his friends the best barista they have is Kelsey,she does her job professionally. This location is inside the secure area at the John Monroe international airport in Hamilton. We were there around 11:00 a.m.... and it wasn't even open. I saw some people go up to the counter to ask the attendance when or whether they would be serving andthe attendant said will give us 15 minutes. We're trying to get it open. I went to my local Starbucks and ordered my regular drink, Black iced-tea lemonade. When I began to tell the cashier, ?BREE?,... how I like the lemonade, I was told by Bree that I was ?personally? banned by her manager to order the drink I like, with onespecification on the lemonade. I was completely humiliated in front of three other patrons in line. She continued to say hermanager told her ?exactly what to say? to me. She told me her manager told her to not fulfill my order. She then told me If Ididn?t like how they made their ?lemonade?, to find another location. She proceeded to tell me I?m not allowed to get thatdrink, the way I like it. When I said I thought her comment was pretty rude, she repeated her previous comment saying, ?if youdon?t like it, you can find another location?. She kept repeating this, when I finally asked for the manager. She said themanager would be in tomorrow. I said is there a number for me to call? She said to call the next morning at 4:30am becausethat?s when the manager would be there. She then picked up the phone to announce over the intercom ?manager to Starbucks now?.The QFC store manager came over to talk to me. I started to cry because I was completely in shock and humiliated. Thankfully thetwo patrons in line behind me felt so compelled to go to the manager, themselves, to report this unacceptable behavior. I?venever ever been told I cannot get the drink I?d like, and ABSOLUTELY have never ever been told my any Starbucks associate thatif I didn?t like it, then I shouldn?t come back. I felt completely targeted and bullied by ?Bree?, making me feel incrediblyterrible. I left the store in tears, trying to gather myself as I walked out. I cried on the way to my car, trying to calmmyself down. I am completely appalled and made to feel horrible about myself. This Starbucks is located inside a QFC, and it's like any other Starbucks. The shopping mall the store is located in tho is... pretty terrible. The drivers in the lot are prepared to run you over. Stop here if you have no other alternative. And hold yourkids in the parking lot! Read more
My drink was "drinkable" wasn't tasting quite like I like it, plus the baristas were chatting to each other instead of working.... They honestly looked like they could be anywhere else and they'd be happier. Read more
