Okay so I love the Starbucks coffee but their management hired a barista that didn?t seem to care about customers in line as I... was in, but talk with his friends, he looked new and very unprofessional like he just cared about his friends more than ourorders, I even said excuse me and he just kept blabbing with his friends, very unprofessional server even the customer in linesaid so too he also had that customer waiting for his change as he spoke with his friends the best barista they have is Kelsey,she does her job professionally. This location is inside the secure area at the John Monroe international airport in Hamilton. We were there around 11:00 a.m.... and it wasn't even open. I saw some people go up to the counter to ask the attendance when or whether they would be serving andthe attendant said will give us 15 minutes. We're trying to get it open.
