They are doing all they can. Their food is fast, service is great, though a bit untidy it still remains a very lovely place in... Factoria. A very solid Starbucks with amazing staff to bolster further into their reputation. Though the hours are very short,it is wise to keep in mind that Starbucks is having a worker outage amidst unionization and lack of proper wages. I was not expected that this Starbucks only opens on weekdays from 6AM to 4PM. This is ridiculous, it?s neither inside a... commercial building nor located in a campus or shopping center. It doesn?t make any sense to me since this is an only individualstore in Factoria area. I would recommend this Starbucks extend the hours especially on the weekends. Well, this is really quite interesting store because it is only open during weekdays and closed at 4 PM. Couldn't believe when... it was in Factorial where everything is a little pricier than elsewhere. Other than that, the service and food is as the same asother Starbucks which is good. Read more
I?m writing this so hopefully the DM or someone at corporate can extend this store?s hours. Closing at 4pm is way too early.... Also, 4 people were inside working on laptops and with notebooks and coffee when I came at 5:30pm but wouldn?t let me in. Prettyunfortunate experience. This is my go to Starbucks, let me start off by saying the employees here have Beyond excellent customer service super nice... outgoing and very helpful the Baristas also get the drinks out quickly as possible but they taste like they taking their time.This has to be the cleanest Starbucks that I've been to so far in Bellevue Washington their display setting is actually fullystocked an organized and most importantly for the first time in my life this Starbucks has to have the cleanest bathroom I'veever been in. For some reason all Starbucks have visit have dirty bathrooms but this one does not. Every time I come to visitShay or Kelly other ones that take my order and they're super duper nice and very professional as well as friendly. I alwaysforget the name of my drink and everytime I come which is only been a few times they remember for me and the way I like to drinkit so they make it perfect every time I wish that I could write this 10 Stars but since I can't I definitely rated a full five.For being in a High populated area since they are so fast there's never usually a Superbad line like that you can follow theirFacebook page online if you look up Starbucks Factoria Boulevard number #3 3 3 6 I am not an employee I'm just a customer whothinks they deserve a real rating as well as a good one. I will definitely start going out of my way to come to this storebecause it's better than going to Keksey creek and dealing with rude employees there. Read more
