My server was amazing. I wish I got my reciept and knew her name. I came on a busy night. I definitely got value for my money... and great service. ???? my server had extremely long light brown or blonde hair and had a teenager who was 15. We talked storybefore I left because I was there by myself with 4 kids. My server gave me great inspiration insight as mother with older kidsand we had a great little talk as she tidied the tables and we left. The staff works well as a team making sure everyone hasrefills and fries at all times. The staff here does a great job. I came in on Wednesday around 8 pm. My kids and I had a blast.We will come back again for sure. Red robin is a good memory of mine and now I get to share it with my kids and it's affordable.The kids had Shirley temples with their dinner. It was awesome. It made me think of being with my dad as a kid in Boston inChina town playing keno. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much. Read more

Very upset with this place. Made a special trip for my birthday burger. Havent been to Red Robin for a long time. Very bad... service. Our food was okay. Not great. I went to get my birthday burger and the waitress said it had already been used. It hadnot. She did not want to budge. Very rude about it. Tried to call to complain. Waited on hold for 9 minutes. First time we went here we waited at least an hour for our food , but the waitress apologized and offered to let us speak with... the manager, but we said no and quickly left. Next time my daughter found a hair in her food and the restaurant was extremelydirty. We also found that the guacamole bacon burger that we ordered had brown sugar inside it, which it wasn't supposed tohave. We received no discounts or small bonuses. Read more

As Red Robin locations go, this one is fine. Clean and spacious, and when we were there the restaurant wasn?t too busy. Somehow... though, the waitstaff hated us. The vaguely British sounding waitress did everything she could to show us how much disdain shehad for us. Service was sparse and drinks sat empty. A request for cutlery to eat an appetizer with was met with a tray ofknives dropped on our table with as little contact with us as possible. At least the food was standard Red Robin fare. Threestars. First time here. Love my burger. Come tastes that it has chlorine. Staff is a bit too friendly for me cause I?m a super... introvert. Don?t see family restroom and a woman just brought her boy in the lady?s room which I find a bit uncomfortable withcause the boy is really staring around. Read more

Everything was perfect. I went with a bunch of kids who were RR fans like they say it ????. I wouldn?t have been there if not... for them tbh. The kids ordered whiskey river barbecue chicken sandwich, chicken sandwiches , vanilla milkshake while I settledin for the impossible burgers. The wait time was about 15 mins on a Saturday evening. It was noisy because of the match and alot of kids in the restaurant but was fun. I enjoyed my burger but the fries were dampening. The kids also ordered a bunch ofsauces to go with their meal and that was interesting. I would have given them a 4.5 star overall if I had a choice. Read more

I was highly unsatisfied with the order I received. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ burger for delivery with a veggie patty since... I?m strictly vegetarian and they gave me a beef patty. I spoke to the manager. He was helpful and gave me a partial refund,although he did not seem remorseful at all for the inconvenience, which I find unprofessional. I wish I could take back my tip.
