Just went to get... another because I was in the area and now that is my new favorite sandwich. For me it?s the crunchy bread and how the inside ofthe sandwich does not fall out. The worst most pitiful sandwiches I've ever seen! No mayo, no lettuce, just a piece of meat and cheese on old stale bread. What... a joke. Ordered on uber eats and for a sandwich and half of a salad and cup of soup, $50! Never again Read more
FOOD SAFETY! - Just ordered this morning (8/26/21) from the this potbelly in Bellevue. Ordered thru UberEats. Besides the fact... that the delivery was late and took 1 hr and 13 mins to deliver...When it arrived 30 mins ago, I started eating the Italiansandwich only to find out after taking multiple bites, the BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT! How does any establishment let something likethat happen??? I would have posted this review sooner than 30 mins, but I had to waste time submitting a food safety issue formwith UberEats. Don't know if I can order from this store again. If you read this...buyer beware. Update - potbelly respondsto this review and asks me to contact them directly per their email in the message. Excellent find when it comes to sub sandwiches. This blows away Subway, Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mikes, and other small custom... places. I found this chain when I was in D.C. Now they are everywhere. I enjoy this place whenever I?m in Bellevue. This placeis visited a lot by workers in nearby offices. Excellent breads. Excellent meat, veggies are top notch. Sauces like no other andyes, they offer toasting with your favorite cheeses. Grab a bag of chips, a pickle, cookie, or a soft drink from the case. I order the chicken and cheddar sandwich usually. I downloaded the app to order ahead because it's usually a long line around... noon. I got a notification there was a free short milkshake with an entree. I ordered through the app and it takes it off as acredit at checkout. The milkshake is yummy and I already ate the cookie that comes on top ????. The turkey sandwich ispictured and this is good too, just not as good as chicken cheddar in my opinion. Read more

Super friendly and always serve you with a smile. Small tip - You can download their app and orderonline to avoid waiting in line, especially during lunch and also get PERKS for ordering online. I ordered 2 sandwiches to be delivered: 1 big wreck and 1 chicken club. Even though it shows in the receipt the correct order,... they made 2 big wrecks. I called and the person said they could make the correct sandwich but I had to pick it up!! I paid forthe delivery fee and tip, so what they should have done is send the correct sandwich to my place. It is not my fault they didn'tpay attention to what was ordered! I refused to go pick it up, so I was told they would issue a refund that will take 3-5business days to be processed. In addition, the wreck sandwich is really bad. I wasn't able to eat even half of the sandwich. Itis really frustrating. What a waste of money and time. Read more
