Reviews for Pokeworks in Bellevue, WA
Food quality was good. Portions are extra small, had to ask for extras. The taste was there for sure, prices aren?t... unreasonable. Read more
Have been coming here at least once or twice a month since moving to WA. Oddly I started to come back because the cookie was so... good. Lol...Usually only order the same poke items each time so haven't tried anything else and that's fine. I definitely takeadvantage of the membership option to earn rewards. Staff is friendly though it seems they are short staffed as some of theyounger folks left..It would be nice if they were in Redmond. Read more
Please has gone downhill quick. Small portions, old fish(based on its color) musubi purchased today was the last straw. Nasty,... old, musubi. They used to have a freshness date on them, now no date wonder why..sticker ripped prior to purchase. Managementneeds to change. Starts from management. Employees not trained. Read more
This will be my first and last time at this location. I came by to have late lunch with my boyfriend and the entire experience... was ?eh?. My spicy tuna was not spicy, just super saucy tuna. Portions were small. What mostly triggered me deciding I don?twant to come back was the fact a young male worker w/ short black hair came from the back, coughed into his forearm/hand, andthen made a to-go order. He didn?t wash his hands or use gloves.. nothing. I was disgusted. As we ate our food, he proceeded toput the to-go bag on the shelf and then coughed (again) on it and then went to the bathroom. I hate writing negative reviews andusually don?t but I could not let this pass. Just Poke is a block over and is way more sanitary and flavorful. Read more
TL;DR: they were out of several items midday on a Sunday. Parking: street side or garage. Atmosphere: feels like a Chipotle... but for poke. Menu: posted on the back wall, pretty straightforward. Service: go and start your order on the left and workyour way down to the register, pay, seat yourself, bus your own table. #4 Yuzu Ponzu Salmon: salmon was good but pieces were onthe small side and there wasn't very much of it. Nothing really wowed me about the bowl to be honest. They were out of greenonions. Miso Soup: not too flavorful, missing the green onions and tofu was sparse. They have a miso soup dispenser thatdispenses the broth and all they do is add seasoned and tofu into it. But they were out of seaweed and green onions. Coco MangoHaupia: it was out when I was there. Apparently it's only made once a week or so by an outside vendor and when it's gone, it'sgone. It's not made in house so it's not guaranteed that you get a fresh one made that day. Drink fountain is closed but theirflavored teas are open. I recommend 3/4 lemonade with 1/4 hibiscus tea. Read more
Ordered a large bowl and a miso soup from here. The bowl has no sauce and the miso soup tastes like water.
I went there for a work order of over 10 entries, I forgot to call ahead for the order, but their was an employee there named... James that went above and beyond to service my entire team, and got our order done on time. He got the order the done FAST!!!And on top of that, the Serrano aioli was fire in glad he recommended it!! So good! Great lunch spot! Fast, easy and all fresh ingredients! You pick a bowl or burrito and you can add toppings of your... choice!! I ordered the Umami Tuna poke and it was so yummy! It was a savory sauce & you can add toppings if you would like. Allthe toppings looked so fresh. Next time I would not get the fried garlic crisps (just not my preference). My only othercriticism is that some of the tuna pieces did have too much of the white steaks that make it chewy? was not a fan of those! Butoverall great lunch location! Read more
