We all know pagliaccis is a great joint, enough has been said here, but I need to tell a lil story about this one. I've had 100s... of if not 1000s of Pagi pizzas, and I truly love them, but I got the OMEGA pizza the other day here. It was a large with lots oftoppings which usually makes the crust a little harder to deal with such a fat load. Most the time it's a lil overcooked tocompensate, or it might sog in the middle... idk how, but the pizza was mathematical perfect. The crust was the samethoughout... no blemishes or bumps. No sog. No burns, just perfect carmelization. I was floored. Every bite was perfect, thetoppings were perfectly spread. From beginning to end... crunch and flake. Never cut my mouth. I couldn't believe it. I had towalk up to the staff and ask who was responsible for this?? A young tiny girl said she made the crust. I gave her money, whichshe gave to everyone else saying it's a team effort. Class act. Lord what I'd pay to have that pizza again. This might of been aperfect pizza storm, who knows maybe the pizza stars aligned that day... but for certain out of the 10000s of pizzas I've had inmy life, that was a divine pizza. Read more

First time here, and this place does not disappoint. My sisters and I love pizza. We came here for #4 sister (Stephanie)... birthday dinner. We had 3 pizzas and a Caesar salad. The original was our favorite and we had 3 slices leftover out of all thefood. Bellevue had the worst wind storm that day, and some diners were completely oblivious to the door being swung open andleft that way. As we were leaving someone walked in and the glass in the entire door shattered. Poor guy felt so bad but weknew it wasn?t his fault.
