Unique coffee maker flavor package bar. Very popular in Europe, so tried it. Pretty tasty, but not sure about the long term... cost, doesn't seem sustainable. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ???? Read more

I love this Nespresso store!!! I have recently bought one of their newest machines, and I love it. I can?t say nothing bad about... their coffee pods, their all amazing! I was so surprised how tasteful and great the coffee is. Ever since I bought my Nespressomachine, it has definitely replaced Starbucks!!! It has saved me money too. I always love to explore with their coffee pods, andbuy all sorts of flavors. I look forward on seeing what new flavors and machines are coming soon. I highly recommend coming tothis Nespresso store. Super friendly and professional service!! Everyone was so nice, and helpful. Props to this young Americanman who helped me and my husband with any questions we had. I will be coming here a lot more! 2 weeks waiting on my $150 order of coffee. After my order never showed up from last week. Worst of all is the customer service.... They pay these people for not knowing when your items will ship. Bad service! Read more

Best coffee in the world. Best coffee makers, single or full and robust in flavor and aromas. All in the basement of Macy's at... Bellevue Sq. Treat yourself this Christmas, buy, use and enjoy for years the Nespresso experience, i even have a small one justfor me at work. Keurig eat your heart out, and pods are recyclable in a provided bag, just UPS it back and its Free! Greatcoffee and help save our Mother Earth, it's a WIN! Read more

I love the nespresso boutique because it's always fun to try different kinds of pods before buying them. Pleasant, professional... workers. Often deliver complimentary tasting of the pod. Efficiently built store. In and out of the door in a matter of minutes.Pods can be recycled from the boutique. The bags they give out are of high quality and reusable quality. Read more

Good coffee with the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. We?ve had our machine for a while now, I bought it for my... wife for Mother?s Day (all be it was really for both of us). We?ve tried buying the pots a couple different ways but enjoyedbuying direct from Nespresso because you get samples of new products or limited additions, kinda fun to try out. However out ofthe last 5 orders we have made 4 of them were extremely screwed up. Normally I am not one to complain but this isn?t really acheap product to have such horrible service with. So here is what happened: Order 1 - We ordered about 11 sleeves of coffeewith runs about 115 after tax (that?s not cheap). And when our order came there was only 10 sleeves and no free samplers. Notreal concerned about the samples but having a $10 sleeve of coffee missing is not okay. Spoke to customer service who said wewill send it with the next one. Order 2 - Had the sleeve we were missing but it took 6 days to arrive. Mayes be being inSeattle next to amazon has spoiled me but that seems like a real long time. Order 3 - large order of $135, had some ?we?resorry for the delay? samples and our normal order of coffee. I?m at home and get an alert that the coffee has been delivered.Really? I?m home, haven?t heard a truck all day. Look around the front porch and around the neighborhood thinking maybe it wentto the wrong house, nope nothing. Called Nespresso customer service who was very polite but turns out not a great listener. Itried explaining every thing that has happened and she seems understanding and resubmitted my order. Order 4 - But when I go tolook at it I noticed she picked the slowest delivery method, it wont be here for 10 DAYS?!?!??!?!?! And the free samples thatwere suppose to be included from this time and the missing ones last time. So I?m missing product, I wont have coffee for 10days, and the solution you give me is...?we will make it up to you on the next order.? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You Read more
