Let?s see? definitely not a popular place so you don?t have to wait for a long line. The tables and chair can be not clean tho.... What about the drinks? It actually not bad, I think the taste are pretty good but just I don?t know why I ask for no sugar butthey do 50% for mine. Read more
Do not come here for bubble tea. The service attitude is absolutely horrible. The girl at the counter was rude and the people... working there all looked like they didn\'t want to work. When I told them I had two orders, they were like \"oh my god\". Wewaited at least 40 minutes, even though there wasn\'t a line. WE had ordered online and came for pickup, but they had not evenstarted the order yet. We ordered the dirty brûlée bubble tea, matcha latte, and the coconut fresh milk with mango pudding.The bubble tea and the matcha latte tasted like plain milk with no hint of tea. The bubble tea isn\'t \"dirty\" at all and theboba was unappetizing. I was skeptical when I received my coconut mango pudding drink. There was no pudding but instead poppingboba. I asked the person at the counter if it was the right drink and they said enthusiastically and surely, \"Yep! That\'s theone!\" Still, I was unsure if I had got the right order or not. Definitely go somewhere else for bubble tea, like Happy Lemon(there\'s a line, but it definitely is worth the wait). Read more
Good customer service but the boba drinks are not tasty. We ordered Brûlée Boba Dirty Milk and Mango Latte. Dirty milk is... really dirty that we had to leave. Mango Latte was okay.\n\nThis is inside Bellevue square mall and doesn?t have much seatingoptions. Read more
Most disappointing experience.\nI ordered Oolong tea + cheese float + Boba... There were only few people waiting in the store,... but I didn\'t receive my drink after waiting 20 mins. I came to the counter to check my drink status. The worker looked aroundand promised to get it ready soon. He started to prepare my drink with blender, few minutes later, I got my drink. However,it\'s not what I expect... no cheese float or no boba. I asked the worker about the cheese float and boba, his answer \"oh, thecheese float is already blended into the tea\", and he scooped some boba into my drink.\nGuess why it\'s called \"cheesefloat\"... It is so ridiculous.\nJust to share one more story - when we were waiting for our drink, their workers werediscussing about some \"lemon tea\" ordered by another customer, they have no idea how to make it so they decided just to putsome random ingredients together and used their imagination. I started to feel unset and a bit sorry for thatcustomer...\n\nThis is the most unpleasant experience at Mi Tea. I used to order from them a lot but definitely not in future. Read more

It was my first time at this place, It\'s beautifully designed and decorated, clean and well maintained, but not great customer... service, also my smoothie instead of be smooth and soft, nice it had small small pieces of ice which I have to spited outbecause I can drink like that, otherwise flavor was very good, but little disappointed overall Read more
I got a regular ?boba fresh milk tea?\n1. Watered down drink\n2. Barely any ice in the drink = lukewarm milk tea\n3. Boba was... bland\n\nOverall horrible! If they can?t do a simple boba milk tea then better luck going happy lemon just around the corner.Not worth the money Read more
