Bellevue has more white residents than black/other minority groups. IF YOUR BLACK STAY AWAY. No stars if I could simply because... the white male worker was very racist and refused to let me use the restroom when I request as if he was the janitor. I?m ablack woman who has kidney failure and was driving back from work that was an hour long 5pm in Seattle?s horrible traffic andcouldn?t hold my urine for long for obvious reasons. Had this been a white woman he would have left her in a heart beat. Thanksa lot and shoutout to wing stop next door for letting me use their restroom, I greatly appreciate it and look forward tovisiting you guys everytime I?m in the area! Read more

Kind greeting upon entering, offers of assistance, patience with children, waiting for all in our group to finish selections,... actively cleaning frequently touched surfaces, constantly replenishing topping selection - I was impressed with thecustomer-centric approach being taken in ways that many may never notice. Our favorite Yogurt stand! Friendly staff and lots of good yogurt options. They have sample cups also. The toppings are now... placed in small to-go containers which you can pick up as you like! we love cookies & cream and berry flavors. favoritetoppings are chocolate rocks and boba! Read more
This was the perfect treat when everyone in the family wanted something different. There?s also a refrigerator there with frozen... yogurt cakes! Ice cream cakes from places like Baskin Robbins can taste overly sweet and fake, so we?ll need to try these frozenyogurt cakes sometime. Read more
I really like this menchies frozen yogurt store. It has really friendly employe team. The prices are okay i have 4 kids and... together the price was 16 dollars! The flavors are AMAZING????! There is a really nice flavor called watermelon sorbet it wasscrumptious! I recommend going their every now and then! Read more
Service was good. They have a variety of yogurt flavors but I got disappointed to see all of those small containers that they... were using for the toppings. It's a huge amount of single-use plastic. I also noticed that with those new toppings the yogurtend up being more expensive, apart from the extra weight of the containers, the client ends up paying more for a toping of whichthey only wanted to use a small amount and if the client wants to use different toppings, they end up paying a lot for all theweight. Whenever I go to eat yogurt I like to put something of each topping on it but this way it is impossible for me. Iunderstand that they started doing this after Covid but I hope they find another way to do this with less plastic and lessexpensive. Read more
We've gotten fro-yo here since it opened and I gave it 4- stars in the past, but it's gone downhill fast. They've raised the... prices too high, too fast, even before the recent inflation. They also changed the toppings policy on fill-your-cup Friday(which used to be $5, but was raised to $6 a couple years ago). During the pandemic they started pre-packaging the toppings andlimiting customers to 3, which is reasonable. But now, all the sudden, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, magic shell, etc. areincluded in the 3 topping limit. And when I asked about it, the young server, who claimed to be the owner, was very rude aboutit. They've also cut down on the topping selection. The fro-yo itself isn't that great, and the flavor selection is limited, sothe toppings are the best part. Don't think we'll be coming here anymore. When I want a frozen desert fix, I'll head to ColdStone, that ice cream is amazing. With Crumble next door now, I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down soon. Read more
