Awful location, employees are argumentative and don't know their own menu. Ordered a Classic Big Mac Pack, and the nuggets were... missing from our order. Employee in the drive-thru claimed that there were "two types" and that we ordered the one withoutnuggets...menu says otherwise. Left without our missing items or any refund/compensation Read more
Worst customer service and ice cream quality. I ordered two cones from drive thru and they were so poorly made, that the ice... cream was dripping on my hand as it was handed to me. When I mentioned this to the staff member...the reply was..."that's thething with ice cream...it melts". No refund issued...cones were remade but still melted (see photo of 2nd attempt). So nexttime when you get spoiled food from McDonald's, be prepared to hear the reply," That's the thing with food. It's spoils". Gofigure. Read more
Their latte machine was not working, I had to wait 30 minutes for a stupid latte because they refused to cancel my order & give... my money back. Very poor knowledge of people working there. No worries & no compensation for a free item either . Read more
The drive through experience was terrible. I ordered a ?chicken sandwich meal with medium sweet ice tea?. What they gave me was... ?cheese burger with no sugar iced tea?. When I found this out, it was too late to correct this mistake. When I picked up theorder, the employees were loudly joking with each other. Most likely that?s why the mixed my order. These people don?t care about customer service, at all, I saw them completely ignore someone who told me they ordered food from... their house on the computer but because he didn?t speak English they ignored him and he said it wasn?t the first time. The doorsays they open at 6 When I tried to go and order inside; Carlos (if that?s even his real name, kid with glasses that worksmorning shift) looked really irritated and told me they don?t open til 9, I asked to speak to a manager and he said he didn?thave to provide any information about him.
